So it wasn’t all bad I really enjoyed the arcade but overall the bathroom was too small it felt dirty room service not coming unless prompted and doing the bare minimum is below satisfactory no Netflix or ability to stream to TV also was disappointing.

Great place don't eat
This hotel was very lovely. It was immaculately cleaned. The only real complaint I have is that the Starbucks baristas didn't know how to make the drinks properly I would give them like two stars. And the food in that bar and grill gave me food poisoning. I just don't think the people in the food service areas of the restaurant are properly trained at what they're doing. Other than that the hotel was spectacular.

Took three phone calls to get our drain in our shower fixed and then took four phone calls to try and get fresh towels and have our trash taken out. We ended up having to track down a person from house keeping to get our own towels and had to just leave the trash outside our door

Bring a noise canceling machine and some Clorox
The hotel is adequate. The front end staff especially the manager are lovely. The room itself was dirty, especially in the bathroom. The floors had been cleaned and we went to plug in our phones behind the nightstand. Nothing had been cleaned behind the nightstand in months. Exceeding amount of noise in the evening throughout the property. Preventing sleep. Unless you just want something super cheap to go to the parks. I would not recommend this place.

The hotel in general was okay however, there wasn’t housekeeping every day in a occasion we asked a housekeeper to please clean the room and to give us extra towels and toilet papers and she said that she was too busy to clean our room because there were too many guests staying.

NOT a 4 star hotel !
This is NOT a 4 star hotel! The room has a smell, A/C unit did not work properly and made a horrible noise, dust was falling off the the headboard on bed, hairs on floor, the beds literally had no support and you could feel the springs, the hairdryer was melted, sticky with greasy finger prints, and the paint was pealing off the walls. We complained, received a refund and went to the embassy next door.
