Located approximately a couple miles from Walt Disney World, and it’s only minutes away from other local attractions such as Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld, and Discovery Cove. The Medieval Times dinner theatre is located directly in front of Bella Vida.
What’s even more exciting about Bella Vida’s location is its proximity to Florida’s Gulf Coast. One-hour drive west on I-4 will bring you to the Tampa-St. Petersburg metropolitan area, which is only minutes away from the white powdery sands of Clearwater Beach and other seaside resorts.

Our registration process is 100% online, for your convenience. Upon booking your reservation, our Reservation Team will forward a copy of a Registration Agreement for your review and signature. Once we are in receipt of your signed Registration along with a copy of your photo ID and Credit Card, your booking will be confirmed and check-in instructions will be e-mailed to you 24hr prior to check with complete access to your vacation rental so that you can head directly to the property. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in cancellation of your booking.

Receipt of check-in instructions will be required in order for you to access your property, so in the event you have not received them, please be certain to contact us to advise.

Optional Extras:

Pool and/or spa Heating is offered upon availability for $ 50 per day plus tax, with a 3-days minimum. Please be certain to advise us if you require pool heat upon booking your reservation or at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

Propane for use with the BBQ grill is not provided, but refillable propane tanks are available upon request.

Cleanliness Terrible & Maintenance Issues not Attended to before arrival
There isn’t enough space to address the issues we had. From the minute we arrived we did nothing but clean the beds, sheets & towels with marks on them. Carpets were dirty and a mess. Chairs with stains all over them. The pool not cleaned either and full of dead bugs which we had to clean also. Pretty poor start to our holiday with bathroom flooding which we had to clear up due to a tap running constantly before we arrived! I have taken well over 50 photos of things that weren’t clean d or fixed properly before we arrived. I have complained numerous times and got nowhere and even tried to blame us for the flooding even though we advised them of problem on arrival. Will never be booking with this company or site again!

When they send you the check in information, send everything you need. First when I arrived we entered through a gate where there was no access, we had to go around several times to find the main entrance, when we arrived the security was asking us for a CD code (e pass) which we had to call to have them send us the CD code (e pass)

The house was nice, but I was charged for a missing hand towel and stained sheets, which I disagree with. The theater room was filthy under the chairs with food & trash, but I only saw it because I was fixing the rug. We cleaned it. I enjoyed the stay.

Do not book during summer months. AC doesn’t work
This vacation home should not be rented during the summer months as Marco (ACO representative) repeatedly told me “…it’s just a hot house…”. ACO advertises on VRBO air conditioning as an essential amenity; however, when we called and emailed no one that we spoke with treated this issue as it was “essential” and Marco even shared with me that the it would be much hotter if the air truly didn’t work. We purchased fans from the local Walmart and the ac unit upstairs was not working but the Dan was on circulate so that we could keep some sort of air (although warm) flowing through the vents. Marco also shared with me during our phone call that your company, ACO Vacation Homes, provided the house that we booked and the air conditioner working properly was not necessary as you all have provided the home and that’s all you have to do. I am most certain, your marketing and advertisements do not disclose such. Unfortunately Tuesday , Wednesday, Thursday and Friday we’re awful. I reported this issues Wednesday morning as we didn’t arrive until after 7 pm Tuesday and I didn’t anticipate a resolution that late in the evening. We checked out at 10:00 am on Saturday, the thermostat was reset Friday evening. I have provided management the opportunity yo make this right and their response was “10% off my next stay ..” I would never book any home this company manages, ever, not even if it were free! False advertising

It was very hot in the house ac wasn't working had to buy fandd to buy fans
My kid has asthma and the AC just wasn't doing anything also you have to pay for everything the toilets keep clogging and it smelled so bad there and said maintenance came in with out me know with all my belongings in there and didn't even get a heads up or a massage saying they was there. I come to Florida every year and I don't know if I personally would rent this one again

Pros and Cons
We have stayed in other VRBO's with very positive experiences. We usually over look imperfections and don't leave feedback, but this time we believe it will help others before they book. Pros: Location and the pool backdrop is fantastic, home size and layout are also great. Cons: Too Many documents to sign, Unpleasant Management- not host like. Towel shortage only 1 per bed, Zero for swimming! Carpets aged and stained, Linens aged, worn-out and uncomfortable. No pack'n'play/crib or high chair for baby. Washing machine defected, dryer vent wasn't connected so lint got everywhere. RACCOON infested! The garbage was destroyed and scattered by raccoons, raccoons opened the garbage bins with ease, Kids were scared to go out the front door as the raccoons were constantly there ! Pool heater was not properly working. It was unpredictable, one day it was great and the other day the pool was too cold to swim!! We attempted to get water from the refrigerator dispenser and a metal screw came out ! To summarize: I believe a new management can update the home which does have the potential to be a 5 star stay All the home needs is a good exterminator, new carpets new linen and extra towels, new washer dryer, few appliance repairs, and should be great stay for future!

Roaches and fraudulent charges
There are 2 issues here the house and the management company. The house is conveniently located and the pool is nice. Other then that there is a roach problem, mold on the air vents, stained and bleached carpet, the hot tub doesn’t get hot and dirty walls. On yo the bigger issue, the management. I now see the last 2 renters also ended up with a fraudulent small charge on their card. They charged me $29.78 with no explanation except damage. They said they would email me proof which I never received. I have screen shots of my contact with them as well as photos of all issues including roaches infesting the kitchen. They also did not even remove the garbage from the previous renter. It was still in the bin when we arrived. I would not ever rent from this management company again.

It is a nice house and met the needs of my party and our stay. The house is not maintained well for its age. We had to call and get service provided for a few items. The back door lock was broken, there are missing tv’s, many of the tv’s did not work or have working remotes. The fire alarm battery died, and I had to go out and buy a battery to change it if I wanted it to stop chirping. The dead Christmas tree is still sitting in the dining area. The carpets are badly stained and many of the pieces of furniture are broken. It is a nice house that isn’t well maintained. I fixed numerous things when I was there, just being a handy person and a good guest. I just received an unexplained extra charge applied to my credit card, which I am not happy about. It is a small charge, but I left the house in better condition than I found it. I guess that’s what I get for being a nice guy.

Made the best of an less than good situation
When I looked at the booking online, it was such a beautiful home and a great price. We initially asked if we could check in an hour or two early but were told we could not due to the cleaning crew being there. When we arrived to the property, we notice that the subdivision was so beautifully kept and the clubhouse was gorgeous. When I arrived to the property, I was immediately disappointed. The outside of the physical property was beautiful, but there was about 6 bags of trash at the front lawn. I thought that it was odd that the cleaning crew had left the garbage there. When we entered the property, it was immediately noticed that no cleaning crew had been there at all. There were stains and crayon marks all over the walls, the floor was filthy. carpet has stains upstairs and downstairs. The back sliding door would not lock, which is a safety concern since we had small children and there is a pool on the property. The refrigerator would not cool out foods. Chairs and sofa was ripped, stained and dirty. Doors had knobs broken and almost falling off. I was so disappointed. We spent a good 2 hours at the start of our vacation cleaning our house. It is advertised that COVID disinfecting takes place between each case, but this most absolutely was not the case. When I reached out to the management company and asked if we could extend our check out time the 2 hours we spent cleaning the house and was told, that was not a good enough reason to extend our checkout. I am not the type of person to make a scene, but I was so upset. ACO Vacation Homes, should be more accommodating and they did not even acknowledge the safety concerns of the pool sliding door not locking. This is a beautiful home, and it's sad to see the condition they allow it to be in.

Totally Not safe for you family!!!
The first issue is the sliding door was broken and wouldn’t lock. Neither would pool doors. We immediately called but never got a response anyone could walk in the house. I had to push furniture in front. Then the floors looked burnt home was not well maintained. Got tub was cold and only heated once. No response. Pool screen was missing and taped on. A animal could be in the pool all night. No response. Neighbors were loud and packed the yard. Food in yard from neighbors trash. Front door was all glass so we had to put a sheet up or the home is exposed from the street. No response at all. I’m sure they will give a generic response now asking how can they help. Took a gamble after reading the reviews and paid. Will never rent here again. Totally not safe for my family. To top it off the agents were not native English speaking. Sounded like they outsourced to India. I wish that things where better. The house size is great. Location is great. Pool size is great but seems that no one up keeps the home.

The house was okay....it had a few critters Some of the furniture was broken and one the side of the pool gate was broken..... The #1 problem of this house was the air.... If you like cool air ..... I would not recommend this place..... Its like the owner had the temperature set to 77degrees .....as much as we lowered the temperature it goes back to 75 or 77.... Who would like that type of temperature when its already Hot outside..... Basically coming out of heat and walking back into heat. But the house was beautiful.... Especially the kids rooms.....

Pool was not cleaned. After calling to complain, they took action right away but pool was not ready until our 3rd day of stay, which was our last day already so we didn't even get to use pool. The pool was greener than the grass and not clear. They didn't even switch out the water. They only changed the filter and added chloride. Asking for a partial refund but I doubt it is happening as there are other negative reviews about the pool and getting a refund was rejected. Very spacious but the pool definitely ruined our stay as 3/4 of us are kids looking forward to enjoying the pool.
