Would love to come back!
The property location and amenities were fantastic for our extended family to stay. The decor was incredible, kids had so much fun with the costumes, and we really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. There are ample dishes, serving wear, and extra things like an electric skillet and waffle makers! It felt like a home and not a rental, highly recommend. Host was very reachable and helpful.

Wonderful house, amazing holiday
We loved the house, it was themed throughout and the children immediately were entranced, which was perfect at the end of a long journey. We had a disabled member of the group, and the layout of the ground floor was very easy for her to move around, the theatre room being on the ground floor meant she could easily access this with the rest of her family. Jana Lynn had thought of everything we could have needed, and this was much appreciated. The situation of the villa, in a quiet cut de sac, was ideal- it was always peaceful, local people were friendly and although we were arriving just after hurricane Milton had stormed through, everything was being tidied up quickly and with no disruption. We enjoyed Halloween night within the neighbourhood, had lots of interaction with local residents and that was lovely. We ended up not going to the parks as much as we thought we would, the house gave us everything we needed. One of our children turned three years old while there, we had a lovely family day involving lots of dressing up, and she fell in love with a little mermaid costume which we can't find to buy anywhere, but we will keep looking ! Our last day was a bit frantic as we had our flight cancelled just as we were leaving the villa, so I hope that we managed to return everything to its proper place, in retrospect we should have taken lots of photos when we arrived so we could make sure everything was back where it belonged! Thank you JanaLynn for a lovely holiday X

So much fun!
The house is themed with so many fun details! It was a great fit for a large party extended stay. It was a convenient location to Disney and easy to Uber to and from. The owner has labeled directions and has a binder for things regarding the house which I thought was a great touch. The house could use a few updates, but overall we all thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

Wonderful Getaway
8 of us enjoyed a wonderful 4 night stay at this property. House has everything you need and so much more. The pool & spa were refreshing after long days at the Disney parks. Biggest highlight was the Star Wars themed movie room (east to use, quality sound, 20+ Xbox & ps4 games, 100+ DvDs available). Communication with the owner was seamless as well. She was easy to reach via text & always quickly responded to our questions. We loved our stay and hope to visit again soon.

Fantastic themed rooms which our kids loved! Took them some time to decide where to sleep and ended up moving around the rooms over the week! The cinema room and pool were also fully utilised and will be sadly missed back home. Look forward to coming back some time in the future!

We took our three kids and there extended families to Orlando for a Disney Vacation. At first I was reluctant to vacation with 6 kids and 8 adults in same house. We had an amazing time. It's the perfect property to stay in with that many people. Would totally do it again and it's really close to all the attractions. Thank you for sharing an amazing place

Stay Here instead of any Hotel Property!
This house ticks all the boxes for a fabulous snd memorable family dream vacation! From the most well appointed themed rooms to one of the most gracious hosts I have ever had the pleasure to communicate with, I would never dream of staying at any of the theme park resorts over this house! Especially when we had a couple of early thunder/lightning storms, the house was so fun we had built-in entertainment in the theater, role-playing with costumes, and playing hide and seek in the numerous rooms. Not to mention, at the end of a long day in the parks, being able to relax in the private pool/hot tub!! You can't do that in a regular hotel room! I will definitely stay at any of this owners' properties again and again. So worth it!

Fantastic location for all Disney Parks. Our family loved the themed rooms, and the kids had a blast putting on costume shows for the adults. The rooms are exactly as featured on the listing. The host was fantastic with communication. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home with so much fun at every turn! Really nice movie theater (excellent surround sound and easy to use) and pool. Quiet neighborhood, close to Disney. Everything in working order in the home. Couldn't have had a better more fun time for our big family gathering!! There were a few hiccups along the way, and the owner was very communicative and helpful. Couldn't quite figure out the hot tub, but message the owner and I'm sure they'll address it.

There were 18 of us ranging from 6 months to 76 years. We had a wonderful time. Lots of things for the children to do in the home. They enjoyed the swimming pool. Kitchen had everything you would ever need. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels for the pool. Lots of family fun for all.

It was a fairytale!
Loved the Jabbas the hit house!! The themed rooms are Better than a Disney resort if you ask me, and I’m a Disney snob! First time ever renting on Vrbo I usually stay at the Polynesian or Beach club but we Traveled with kids/ infant/ grandparents so we needed more space. And boy did this house deliver! Super close to Disney and there was plenty of room and fun costumes for all sizes! The princess themed rooms are jaw dropping gorgeous my teen daughters loved them. And my young boys had a blast with the Star Wars theater and Harry Potter night bus / pirate ship rooms. No one wanted to leave lol! JanaLynn is super friendly and helpful should you have a question and house was spotless and had anything you could possibly need in The kitchen. Can’t wait to see her next Happily Ever playhouse!! Thanks again for a magical stay :)

Amazing House
This was an amazing place to stay. We have children from age 2-21 and everyone enjoyed themselves and had something to do. Jana was an amazing host and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. All of the kids from big to small enjoyed playing dress up in the amazing costumes. The house was immaculate and had everything you could think of to make vacation relaxing and enjoyable. Honestly, we could’ve spent more time at the house and less at the actual theme parks as it was just as big of a hit with the kids. We will most definitely be staying at their properties in the future.

This home was absolutely amazing. We were absolutely blown away. We went to 2 different parks while we were there but honestly we could have stayed there the entire time and had just as much fun. So many things from the costumes to dress up in to the movie room,game systems and the pool!The kitchen is amazing as well everything you could possibly need including a crock pot and the Disney themed waffle makers were a big hit with the grandchildren! There was 17 of us and not one person was bored and it was so big no one was on top of each other! And the cleanliness amazing!Also if you want to spend a day at the beach everything you need is there including a cart to haul all the stuff done to the beach!!! I highly recommend anyone to stay here!Better than the Disney resorts by far!!! We definitely will stay again and have told all of our friends!

We enjoyed our stay at your home. It was easy to get to all of the attractions. It was a big park hopping trip so we spent very little time in the home, but when we did, it was enjoyed by all. Only glitch was sporadic wifi.

Happily Ever After was awesome for our group of 14 for a tournament at the convention center. The boys loved the game room for chill out time after games. The pool was just perfect to chill of in. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could imagine. The king beds were so comfortable and allowed for great sleep. This house is over the top and you will not regret your decision to stay here. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and volleyball net were a plus. We would definitely consider staying here again next year.
