Roaches in the kitchen area,the faucet handle in the master bathroom is loose. The door knob in the master bathroom has a screw hanging out of it. At check-in, the lady told us that we could call and see if our room was available an hour later so we called an hour later. The woman was very rude on the phone and said absolutely not. You have to wait till check in at four. She could’ve handled it differently, it was the first and only time we will ever stay here. We did like the location of it being close to everything and we enjoyed the pool and Lakeview

We will stay here again.
Spectacular views of Epcot which included their nightly firework show. Lots of room and comfortable beds. Downside Non working coffee maker and the washer dryer was on its last legs. No real response to reports of these minor problems.

Unfortunately not what it used to be.
Have previously stayed here on two occassions pre Covid. Property has certainly disimproved. A lot of the furniture was shabby and requires replacement. The property was not clean and suitable for guests. Cockroaches found in bedroom and bathroom.

Place was amazing, beautiful view nice staff pool was awesome. Inly downfall was furniture could use some updating and we seen a few bugs un the room other than that absolutely perfect place for a family

A good stay, had all the basics. Pool and hot tub were great. Lovely (sunrise) view over the small lake. Short drive to Disney. Only complaint was that the shower water never got above lukewarm temp, and some of us like a hot shower. Overall I highly recommend.

it was dirty in the room but the housekeeping came in and addressed it and made it right!! we always stay here when we come to florida and we love it! we did check out early because the bed was hurting our backs so the beds could def use some upgrading but for the price I really can’t complain. That won’t stop me from going back! we love our blue heron stays regardless!!!!!! it makes u feel like ur home!!!

Unit is a strong mold smell that we could not get rid of. The floors were filthy and would turn your feet black. Door and window tracks had years of mold and dirt in them.

This was our 2nd visit to Blue Heron and it didn't disappoint. Great location. Suggestions: Update the chipped furniture. Put blinds or shade the windows in the fitness room. The sun is blinding in the morning.

This property is in need of some updating. The check in process didn't work. I was sent an email to fill our registration ahead of time, but the link did not work. Our room needs some updating as well as better cleaning. There were leftover socks as well as a spoon under the master bed. The comforter for the sofa bed was stained and unusable. The drain in the second bath was very slow.
