Place was fine, communication was not
It is difficult to get ahold of the property manager. I called multiple times leading up to our stay and during, never once did they answer a call. I was able to get through via message, but only before our stay. The electronic key pad stopped working the second day we were there and management did not answer calls or texts regarding this issue. The water filter on the fridge had not been changed, so we had to purchase our own water. There was pink mold in the grout by the showers and the rugs in the main living space were disgusting. There were a lot of long black hairs imbedded into the rugs. Location was great for Disney, but will not stay here again.
