This property does not share correct pictures. I booked a home for 9 days @5766 LeSabre. This place was filthy! The furniture was worn & torn. The rugs were supposed to be beige and were gray. The ants in the bathroom. The beds are NOT comfy at all, you feel the springs. Because I was with children I had to go to Walmart and purchase cleaning supplies and clean the entire place myself. I am truly disappointed 😞. I give this place 1 star. Manager was a very young lady. She was easy to communicate with but she didn't HELP. I Wasn't offered a credit another home etc. If ur looking to clean on ur vacation then this is the place for you. This isn't signature at all.

I didn't get to experience the restaurant located on site. The snack near the slides was good. I wish there was more entertainment, additional restaurants for dining, and arcade with prizes, and additional water activities for younger kids.

I was very nervous after reading some of the negative reviews, but overall we enjoyed our stay here. We just stayed in a 4bedroom, 3 ba condo for 6 nights. It was huge and we all had plenty of room. The condo looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The carpet was old and worn, the hot tub was pretty dirty and just overall it was not clean. If it was updated and maintained better I would have given 5 stars. The location is great, there were 8-10 deer in the resort every day we were there, pool area was nice but again could use some updating. Overall for the price, if you are on a budget, it’s a good option

The kitchen was full of small ants also the room upstairs have some . The smell of the unit was really bad . Long hair was everywhere means not clean. I took a video recording of all that and i show it to the reception desk and he told me ( sorry i cant do anything for you wait till morning!!!!!! ) because it was 10:30 pm and i did the check in at 10:15 pm . We really liked the staff, from the front desk to the ticket purchase booth were very helpful. The pool was perfect end of day activity, and for the chill days at the house. We dis not like the limited kitchen supplies, and having to purchase additional toilet paper, dishsoap ect.

We were given a very dirty condo, As we refused to stay there, the lady told us that they were sold out. When we decided to leave after call expedia and received no help then they gave us another unity not as dirty as the other one but still dirty. Stay away from this place. For the money you can get a better place.

This property was really nice to stay at. We stayed here for a week it was great. The private hot tub was our favorite part. Beautiful lake view, we even saw turtles and small gators in the lake behind our condo

We stayed 8 days my 3 kids, husband and I Our kids are all adults they had their room wich was nice, 2 singles beds for the boys, queen bed for my daughter and king size bed for my husband and I. We love everything, nice big space and clean, washer dryer 2 full bathroom and a 1 powder room on the main floor, big kitchen big table and sofa bed, the only thing i would say that could be improved is the kitchen knives (it did not cut wasn’t sharp at all and it was just a steak knife, i had to purchase one that cut properly and i left it there, maybe a bit more appliances and tools to cook But the rest was great, there was enough plates and glasses. Would definitely recommend and come back. Location was great near everything. 25 minutes from Universal Orlando 13 minutes from Disney Springs. Overall we had an amazing stay. Thank you
