Housekeeper removed items from room.
We stayed for 3 days. On the last day we left our room at 8am to bring some of our bags down to the car but still left a few items in the room. Within that 10 minutes of going downstairs to the car and then back to our room, housekeeping came to our room and removed our phones, purse(including passports), and wallets down to the main office but left other items like books and some clothes. After coming back to our room and finding that our stuff was missing we went to the front desk to ask if anyone accessed our room. The front desk was adamant that noone entered or had access to our room within that time and repeatedly told us that housekeeping was not allowed to enter prior to 11am. As soon as I mentioned my passports were in the bag that went missing the lady at the front desk went into the back office and magically found all of our stuff. From telling us that no one having access or entering our within that 10 Minutes to somehow having all my missing belongings in their office. They tried to apologize claiming housekeeping thought we had left the hotel room for good but there was no reason for housekeeping to decide upon herself that we had left for good. Upon seeing our stuff inside the room the door should have been closed immediately. It was a horrible feeling to come back to your room finding your most important belongings gone just hours before a flight. It only makes me wonder how often they enter rooms while people are out.

Hotel in a great! First time staying since it was renovated, check in was great, I forgot her name, but she was so sweet and friendly during check in, everything was amazing, only suggestions, the mattresses could have been better, and the toilet in the room seemed to run forever, but not enough to deter me from coming back.

The hotel looked nice our room looked nice but the floor when you walked in looked like someone dropped paint or something in the floor. Bathrooms were super clean and nice and the beds were comfy. The room was super pretty I loved it. The front desk girls were the friendliest but they weren’t room. I wasn’t told about the parking fee it’s 20 bucks a night but not a big deal. I think for the price I paid it was an okay deal.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. We at breakfast and it was $20 per person, we had our omelets cooked fresh to order and everything else was off the buffet. The ceiling was leaking on the 9th floor. Upon arrival the lady at the front desk was very courteous! She said housekeeping was by request and at that moment we put in a request for housekeeping to come in on Saturday. Housekeeping never came and we didn’t have any clean towels and wash cloths. My husband went to the front desk to get clean towels and wash cloths and was told someone would bring them to the room. They did in a timely manner! While he was at the front desk he purchased a candy bar, the front desk clerk insisted on it being charged to the room since they don’t take cash at the front desk. The candy bar was $7.46 when we looked at the receipt after we checked out! Overall the hotel was ok nothing fancy! The location was convenient for what we were doing. The price was reasonable.
