The pros are that we liked that the villa we stayed in was big and comfortable. The amenities around the resort were great and we had a wonderful time. The negatives are that one of the bathrooms had a bunch of hair on the shower wall. The ice maker made a loud noise that sounded like a lawnmower. We called maintenance and he made it less noisy. Some of the ceiling fans were loud and rattling so we couldnt use them when sleeping.

Would definitely return! Rooms were a great size! Wasn’t able to make it to the water park but the playground area that’s like a pool/water park with two slides looks like it had seen better days. Over all though this place has a great lodging experience although no grilling is permitted on property it is close enough to any major theme parks you want to go to in an affordable way!

The property is huge. It has a lot of things to do onsite. The family enjoyed our time. However the condo was a bit dated, and there were big stains on the furniture and carpet in some areas. However, could have just been ours...all in all a good property and the condo had plenty of room

I loved the 3 bedroom apartment we rented however the so called water park consisted of 1 working slide and a lazy River that had only deflated tubes available. Half of the park was closed. The rest of the “10 pools” they advertise were very dirty!!! Btw…there is 9…very hard to find…and not very Devine!!!

This is my 2nd time staying at this property. Property is clean, our air wasn’t working upon arrival, I called the front desk and someone came immediately and fixed it, no other issues. The units are 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms are SPACIOUS! It is very accommodating for my large family. The property is beautiful as well. The lazy river was nice and we also rented the bikes that 4 people can ride at a time. I will book again if I ever come back to Kissimmee.

The good: this property was beautiful. The exterior/garden areas were stunning and well manicured. The room was spotless, clean and very spacious it truly felt like home. The linens were wonderful,the beds were comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was also soo nice. The balcony was a huge plus. This place was perfect for a week long trip for a family of 4. The not so good: the exterior of the building (sandy ridge rd) needs a LOT of tlc. It looked very run down and dingy. There was also a trash bag full of dirty linens on the floor below us the entire week we were there. The door did not lock all the way and there was a huge gap between the door and door frame. The water park was closed 3 days out of our 6 day stay which was a huge disappointment considering that was a large reason for our stay. We never did get an answer as to why. We would call the front desk and they would just say they didn’t know why and then transfer us to the water park.. which never answered ( there was no lightening nor was the heat index over 120)..we had to compromise and do the “splash pad”.. not very impressed with that at all. We tried to extend our stay by one night due to an airline issue and we never could get ahold of anyone to help us. When we went to the front desk they said they couldn’t help. So we had to find a different hotel for the night, which was inconvenient. Overall we had a really great stay and would definitely stay again.

Slacking a bit in their maintaining appliances
After more than a decade staying here at least 20 days a year we have noticed its up-keep has declined quite a bit. It’s time their appliances be replaced. Last visit about a month ago, the AC was not functioning and there was nothing they could do. This stay the washer/dryer was not working properly. It shook so hard while washing it shook its way out of the closet. In over 10 years we have only had these two complaints. I guess that is pretty good batting average for frequent customers like ourselves. Overall, its pretty good
