Large, beautiful, very comfortable one bedroom on small lake

Self contained one bedroom suite overlooking a lake. Close to several other lakes and dog friendly parks. Comfort was the number one reason when choosing the furniture. Even the mattress is a sleep number. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, cook top oven, refrigerator, washer, dryer, flat screen TV. Free wifi, cable TV, HBO, Showtime and enhanced sports networks. There is a dedicated professional work station with supplies. All outside common areas and yard to the lake are for your use. Optional access that includes: pool, spa, sauna and gym for 25(35in winter)dollars per accommodation.(not per guest) In other words the daily fee is for all the amenities. So if there are 2 guests, the fee is only 25(35). To heat the pool it is an additional 45 a day. This is a daily fee that starts at 9am and ends at 10 pm and includes all the amenities and is sometimes shared with other guests. This fee is not negotiable. Quiet hours are between10pm and 9a.m. for all amenities. You can invite 2 additional guest for 10 dollars a day per person. The fee can be collected u ok when you arrive if you decide to purchase access to the amenities . We need a one hour notice to heat the spa. Thanks. This is a common area that is shared by us and other paying guests. No parties allowed. No exceptions. Access to amenities is not allowed until after the fee is paid. Access fee does not include beverages located in the pub. Please no grilling on the pool deck. There is one off street parking available. Please park so that 2 other cars can park. Accommodation interiors/decorations subject to change at the discretion of the property owners. Amenities are not always available to guest, we apologize for this inconvenience ahead of time, but there are times we the owners will reserve them for our private use. We now offer a professional office space for an additional 25 per day that includes a printer, scanner, paper and zoom meeting light.

Great location! Neighborhood is beautiful and great place for walks/running. Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Close to downtown and airport. The house itself has awesome grounds and amenities. Enjoyed coffee everyday on the patio area. Beautiful place would stay again.

Beautiful get away weekend
This property is STUNNING. It's in a charming neighborhood in Orlando that is a 5-minute drive to many good restaurants. The property feels like a resort with winding paths to multiple residences, gorgeous foliage and a large beautiful sun-dappled lake with comfy lounge chairs. The interior is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Our visit was right after Hurricane Milton and we were worried about impact in Orlando but he assured us there was no damage. Unfortunately, although the power inside the residence seemed in working order, the outdoor lights had not been adequately checked and this resulted in pitch black pathways that contained steps and we couldn't walk our dogs at night without a flashlight. I would have felt very weary if my partner had not been with me. I'm not a fan of their policy of charging a $25 amenity fee (this is disclosed in their listing), so we couldn't access the pool or gym or any of the cute spaces that make the rental so unique without paying it first. I had asked about accessing the gym and of course this is subject to the fee. We decided we would pay the fee. However, when we got in there, the one treadmill they had was not functioning and he was aware of it when I messaged him. He should have disclosed that equipment was not functional before I paid him for it, especially because he knew the gym was the reason we were paying the fee. He offered to refund the fee if we left and didn’t workout but it left a sour taste. Overall a lovely stay.

Gorgeous property!
The property grounds are absolutely gorgeous, full of beautiful plants and shaded by huge oaks. Our unit was the perfect size for the two of us with a comfy bed. The location is great to access Orlando neighborhoods. We also enjoyed spending a night in to use the pool, heated spa, and game room/bar. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond to questions. We can't wait to return with our kids and check out a two bedroom unit!

Zen like paradise
This was a beautiful place to stay. The landscaping, paved walkways, and amazing facilities will have us looking to stay here again! Only 15 minutes from my UCF Graduate makes it extra special! If you are a mosquito magnet like I am, just bring some spray, it is well worth it!

A must stay!
We needed a little getaway and this hit the spot. Conveniently located in Orlando. Close to the parks, if that’s what you want, and also to the airport. The property itself is beautiful. It’s an oasis with a peaceful setting. The sleep number bed and all the linens were a great touch. Very comfortable. I wish we could have utilized the amenities more because there is a ton to do here. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

This place is Excellent and just like the pictures. If you are looking to find a tranquil place to enjoy some quiet time...this is it. On a lake, you can look out on the water and sit quietly watching all of the nature each day. A true find ...and the owners are fantastic. Stay here!
