We didn’t even get to stay there, someone pulled a gun on one of our friends, that was staying there when we got back, not a good area and didn’t offer any refund, took all the money, stay away from this spot lol

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the check in clerk, other that,,the room was ok, the bed pullows are decorated pillows, roachs crawling, felt dirty, left early because of the outside noise, people walking and talking loud in the eslry morning hours all night long, , i fecided to just get up at 530, check by 6am

I had to book a room during Hurricane Milton. I needed one for 3 nights, but could only get it for 2. They charged non refundable $75, total $687/2 nights, when I wanted to leave after 1 night, they only gave me 1 hour to be out to get refund for other night. My dinner cost $50 at their in house restaurant , plus we were told breakfast would be another $15. We couldn't even get a luggage cart, was told there only 3 in entire hotel.

Room was dirty and had trash everywhere. They moved me to another room that had dirty toilet paper, when I asked for more towels and soap the staff was rude. People smoked on the hallways and the place smelled horrible. Roaches came out of the fridge when the power went out and water came from the AC unit. The breakfast they offered was a joke.

We reserved for two nights, but we only stayed one becase in the room there were a lot of cockroaches. The Uber Driver told us the area was unsafe.

Very run down, dirty, AC was draining into the bedroom, tons of dirty mattresses stacked up in the hallway, rust on pretty much every that was metal, even the fridge but the worse was the German roaches everywhere. Don't care how convenient it is I'll never, ever stay there again. Delete it from Expedia, doesn't look good on you guys.
