Deluxe 5 Bedroom Home with South Facing Pool/Spa and Retro Game Room!

We wish you a warm welcome to a perfect home away from home. There is vinyl and tile flooring throughout, providing a clean and cool environment that's perfect for the Florida climate. There are two bedrooms on the first floor: a queen and twin bedroom, which share a bathroom. There are three bedrooms on the second floor: the king (has ceiling fan) with ensuite bathroom (including walk in shower, bathtub and two vanity units opposite one another), and a twin and queen bedroom also sharing a bathroom. All bedrooms have smart TVs and ample storage for a comfortable stay. There is a half bathroom in the living area with convenient access for everyone. The main living area has a large smart TV with cable box with plenty of comfortable seating, which is also adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen area with breakfast bar and kitchen dining table to seat four. There’s also an additional lounge area at the front of the home with another dining area to seat four. Leading on from the main living space through the laundry room with washer and dryer, is the fantastic retro themed game room, which features arcade games, Xbox hooked up to 65” TV with gaming chairs, pool table, foosball table, and drinks fridge. In between gaming, eating, and relaxing; be sure to make the most of the south-facing pool and spa with lanai area to relax and shade from the glorious sunshine. The pool can be heated for an extra touch of luxury. You may also grill out by the pool with the optional extra of the gas BBQ grill. The outdoor lighting extends your fun into the evening time and is great to unwind and enjoy peaceful evenings outdoors in paradise.


Located at Highgate Park, a gated community just off Hwy 27; a peaceful retreat to recharge your batteries after your exciting vacation days. It’s close to all the major attractions, golf courses, shops, and restaurants. There is a Publix Super Market just 1.9 miles away with a British pub with a very friendly atmosphere just next door.

We are the property managers, as well as the host for your stay. Rest assured; you will be well looked after from booking to leaving after a well enjoyed vacation. Access to the home is 24/7. You will be provided with a unique access code that will only be provided to you for your stay.

A pack n play, highchair and park stroller are available. Please request this when you book if you would like to use them during your stay.

There is a BBQ grill located at the home. If you would like to enjoy the use of it, we only require a $65 one-time rental/cleaning fee. Please note this is otherwise a self-service amenity and our guests will need to refill the propane tanks when required.

If you fancy a warm dip in the pool, please inquire about our rates to heat the pool as an optional extra. We're happy to discuss how you'll benefit from the heated pool and whether it is recommended for the time of year you are staying.
