Cuando llegue al hotel a eso de las 2 am después de un viaje largo y haber echo la reserva me dijeron que no podía quedarme porque estaban en mantenimiento en el sistema y me toco quedarme en la calle gracias a Dios expedía me pudo responder por la reserva y me ubicaron en otro lugar de mala muerte pero por lo menos no dormí en el carro de alquiler. Lo peor demasiados irresposables , falta d todo cuando hice la reservan decía que podía llegar a cualquier hora porque se había comprado no de ese día corriente sino incluyendo el día anterior para que no dijeran que debía entrar ese día a las 2 pm son inconsistentes e irresponsables .

I love the location, immediately off the I-4. what I did not like, the room was as recently renovated, and it was still not up to renovation standard, broken bathroom shower head, faulty toilet that constantly runs water, and dirty floor. During my visit, the property was short staffed and as result, house keeping was unable to moped the floor initially prior to my arrival. House keeping did not visit my room for the first two days. Overall we made it work and we had an average stay. We would not return to this location.

Staff is friendly.Location is good for reaching shopping points.Near of highway.Breakfast is start.Small pool .Hotel is renovating last 3 months.Front desk staff is very good.Room service is above the average.They forgot several times towel,soap and shampoo.Hotel has a lot of ant and bugs.I hope when the full renovation will finish they can fix that problem. Renovation still on going. I will try again next year to stay here.

The only thing I liked was that it was easy to get there. I didnt like facility because it was extremely dirty, it was next to jail, the elevator was dirty and hadn't been cleaned for weeks, the bathroom floor in our room was very dirty, the floor in the rest of our room was also dirty, the hallways were also dirty, and they had shipping containers on the ground all over the parking lot, they had trash containers overflowing with trash on several areas of the parkibg lot. The parking lot lights didnt work, so the parking lot was dark. When arrived, they gave me one key andvit didn't work, so I call the front desk from my cell and they only had one employee and she was busy and couldn't answer the phone, so I had to reload my car with my luggage and driive back to the reception to get a new key and she gave me 2 keys and told me call her back if they didn't work and I said what good will that do because if I call back you can't answer the phone. The bathtub can be dangerous getting in because it doesnt have a a shower curtain and has a big glass partition with a small opening at the end and you have to enter the bathtub shower area where there is slope on the bathtub and can be slippery and if you are not careful you can can slip and fall. To be honest I have never stayed at a hotel in such horrible condition and I don't undetstand how you can put this hotel on your website. I booked this hotel because of the Wyndham name but it was a mess. 1500 can't complete datails.

Honestly, I wish I had paid more attention to the reviews😀! The stay is mostly bearable though, especially when you're on a VERY TIGHT budget. Thankfully, we had a very kind and helpful employee named Antonique who made sure we survived the nights there. She was also a LIFESAVER with all of issues there that we experienced during our stay.

Beds where comfy and there was no noise dispite location. But the room had a really strong odor to it like damp or mildew. Overall not bad for an overnight stay.
