The staff were so nice. They were able to check us in early despite the fact we didnā€™t try to do early check in. Very accommodating. The early entry to Disney parks was a nice bonus and mainly why we chose to stay at this hotel. Despite the fact they provide a shuttle for free to any of the parks, we chose to Lyft/uber to the parks for earlier entry. Pool was nice for when we had days we wanted to rest. There was free coffee every morning. And free cookies everytime you wanted at the front desk. I recommend staying at this hotel.

The front desk employee was super sweet, and our room was perfect. We were only here for a night before checking into our WDW resort. I would definitely stay here again.

Bed Bugs - mix of friendly staff and rude staff
I had a bed bug and the hotel staff were very concerned and worried. They immediately moved me to another room and said there would be an investigation by a 3rd party to inspect the room. Mind you at no point did I complain or raise a fit at all, I had just brought it to their attention while I was asking why they charged my credit card the full amount of my stay when I checked in instead of just the standard check in deposit fee. They apologized and realized there error and refund my card since I had already paid through hotels.com directly using my points. The next day the hotel manager called and said the report came back negative for bed bugs. I asked to see the report and they denied me. I said how is the report negative when I have pictures and video proof and it is clearly a bed bug and I had left one in the bath tub for you guys to see? He said idk thatā€™s just what the report said. Nothing was done for me besides free. Breakfast for one morning. Not even the other 6 days I was there. No offer to waive any fees or a free 1-day stay at another time. Nothing.

This place was very nice but there was no full size body wash so I had to buy one which is inconvenient. I love how they give out waters for us especially after a day at the parks. They also have good transportation to the parks.

The cookies were never given to us as they were promised (not once out of 4 days), staff was very very rude, staff took our luggage cart away and never returned with it, no water given to us as promised (none in any of the 4 days), property smelled bad, so a terrible stay because of all of this.

Although the hotel has seen some renovation, the hallways need it badly, there were ceiling tiles with obvious signs of past water leaks and down to the point of mold, I am not sure that is healthy for clients.

Employees and room was fine, however the property does not have a sit down restaurant and the buses to the theme parks were very disappointing, often being late with broken AC. The property is a good 20 minute walk to Disney springs entrance gate.

Asked for cookies one day to which they responded ā€œthere wonā€™t be any more cookies.ā€ (This was the first time asking for a cookie after check in) 4 night stay. Additional do that I was over charged for parking a total of 8 days for a 4 night stay. They never sent me a receipt for charges I had to ask for one after seeing the charges did not add up. Charges from Expedia very different to what we ended up paying.
