The sink, lamp, heating, and the telephone was not working. Strong smell in the room. The staff said they would fix it tomorrow but they still didn't fix it tomorrow. I liked that there was easy parking.

Great basic room for parks and shopping.
Let's start with the obvious. This is not a high luxury place. This is as simple as it gets in renting a sleeping place while on vacation. That being said, Suburban actually did fulfill the basics of the room. That is a place that I can get my sleep and take a shower while I hit the shopping malls and parks. The room can be cleaner. I found that under the bed was not properly cleaned as there were dust and a leftover bottle of water from previous stays. But the bedsheets were clean as was the shower. As for the room itself the floor was tile which I highly prefer over carpets. And surprisingly there was a mini kitchen with an average size fridge. Not the mini ones that you will get at other places. + 1 point for me. Be aware that if you're a light sleeper, do not go for rooms that is closer the highway. You will hear constant road noises. This is an old building after all. Other than that it is a good place and close to the park and I4.

Only 1 towel for 4 people in the room. Was really noisy all night. The flush toilet was not working. When I was watching tv from nowhere that channel started making noises and turn off.

First impression was uncertain. Stay ended on very good note. Some noise neighbors but management took care of issue. Room was very clean. Location was excellent and within walking distance of many restaurants and eateries. 8 minutes drive to Universal Studios. Would certainly stay agin. No bells or whistles but good hotel.

Very shady area. Single mom traveling with my daughter. Booked because it had a small kitchen and close to amusement parks. Never again. We had someone banging on our door in the middle of the night several nights. I’ve honestly never been so scared. The first time it was 1:30am. I called the front desk and the guy did nothing and acted as if I was bothering him. The next night it happened it was 3am. I was so scared I was paralyzed. Aside from that, there were always people outside doing drugs. Made me afraid to come and go. I am so happy to be out of there. Side note. It’s also extremely loud.
