Room 812. There was what looked like pet hair on the bedspread so we did not use. These are lightweight enough to be washed after EVERY guest. The shower curtain had hair from previous guest on it. The shower gel ran so low we had to use our hand soap for bathing. The toilet ran longer than it should after each flush. The breakfast kitchen staff did not look pleased to be working and this is not the type of people I want in charge of my food. The 5-6:30pm bartenders were really nice and kept the line moving quickly. The pool area was well kept. The area surrounding the hotel felt safe and was very entertaining. Other than I felt the need to purchase wipes to disinfect my room (remotes, handles, etc.) the stay was decent.

Loved the complimentary breakfast(one less meal to worry about when traveling) and happy hour. Great location with tons to do, thats all in walking distance.

It was okay little dated, breakfast was amazing. Happy hour was good! Pools are small not as big as pictures. I don’t really understand the pay to park.. but whatever. Close to Universal.. and the International Drive had a ton to do.

Staff were very friendly and helpful , complimentary drinks and breakfast were good. Scenery was beautiful , and view of icon park from room was magnificent . Would definitely recommend and stay here again .10/10
