The beds are a little bigger then a twin but not fully a full. Rooms are very hot/warm. I requested extra pillows but was never brought any. They did bring us a fan after going downstairs to request one because the phone wasn't working in our room. Musty smell but they do clean. Husband didn't like that he told the lady that he wasn't interested in a timeshare but she kept asking him over and over. Breakfast is good!

The place is ok but need some improvements. The property seems like it need a urgent maintanence like the elevators where old and the place was dirty. But the breakfast in the morning was good and the omelet station chef was nice in attwnding the guest.

Our 4th time at the amazing Embassy Suites and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We were there when hurricane Milton stormed in but were looked after completely with nothing any trouble to the fab staff. Zach, luis and the front office team were second to none and the best barman Joel. You all excelled yourselves and kept us safe. We will be back again as always

Our stay was amazing. My children love to stay at an Embassy Suites. They love the homey feeling and the amazing breakfast every morning. When we got there our room had a very strong odor, after going to the front desk, the employee was extremely kind and understanding. She was able to get us another room just like the one we had booked. She was excellent.
