I have been to the embassy suites in Jacksonville so I feel my opinion may be a bit skewed. The beds here were uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. When I called guest services on 3 separate occasions there was simply no answer. There was no hot tub and most of the staff I encountered did not speak English. The line for the bar was over an hour and the breakfast line was extreme as well. However, check in and out was extremely easy, as was parking. The pool was nice and the rooms were spacious.
