We stayed 4 nights in November for a quick trip to Disney. We have ALWAYS remained on the property; however, this was our first time not staying on Disney property. This property is JUST like the photos. However, the building is a bit older than expected. Also, the building is not the one listed in the photo - it is building 7 which is in the VERY BACK of the property. You can NOT drive up to the door as shown in the photo - you must enter the property and then take the elevator to the 3rd floor. The condo is beside the nice elevator; however, you will hear some noise from people coming and going. The building is older and has somewhat of a musty smell. Also, on two different nights, we came in and smelled marijuana being smoked in a bottom-floor condo as we went to the elevator which was not very present. The condo faces the parking lot which is nice so you can keep an eye on your rental or vehicle if you drive. We woke up at midnight on two different nights with LOUD people coming in from being out at night. One night a Mustang car was showing off with its V8 and woke us up as well. There are a few soft spots on the floor by the tub so be aware. Furniture is basic nothing super fancy or expensive. Mattresses could be upgraded for sure! Overall, it is a great property that was stocked with anything you may need. I would recommend they change their coffee pot to a Keurig so that pods can be used or purchased vs having to get coffee and filters.

Small apartment, way too small for a family of 5. It looked more spacious online, in person we were having to maneuver around each other for the simplest tasks. Microwave is very oddly placed, it’s too low and does not give you any room to cook anything. We accomplished some quesadillas and even that was rough. Found a roach here and there. Overall very clean, just needs a little more TLC. We were in town for a soccer tournament, the ESPN fields were maybe 5-10min away with traffic. Magic Kingdom was also 10-15 min away with traffic. Very conveniently located. They do need to include an image of the outside of the facility, that was a definite shock, we expected something a lot nicer.

If you don’t want to stay with Disney due to how expensive it is be sure to book this unit it’s super clean not to far from Disney and it’s very clean a quiet plus the host is hands on and communication was on point the entire time my baby had a ball and she loved how colorful the unit was we will be booking again and appreciate MARK which was our host unit is awesome

I stayed here and it was exactly what was shown!! It was super clean and so easy to find for us. Very close to everything! Host was amazing and great communication if we had questions! The only thing I had a problem with is that the cleaning lady came knocking to let us know when to leave which I already knew what time i had to go. But other than that this was superb! One of the best places ever!

Locked out for an entire day!
The interior of the place is very cute. Neighborhood is not the best and hallways were pretty run down. This wouldn’t have been a huge issue except we were locked out of the place for a whole day of a 3 day trip due to the lock needing batteries. We wanted to change into warm clothes since it happened to be a cold day but couldn’t. The property manager was nice as he could be and said he’d come meet us when we got back if lock was still not working. We got back at 10pm, so tired and lithe lock still wasn’t working. He did come but we had to wait in the not so clean hallway for 1/2 hour. Again, he was so nice. It was the owners I take issue with as I tried to message them about the broken lock and they responded only with the code that I knew and tried. Then I tried to resolve this with the owners and they ignored my message. Very disappointed.

We enjoyed our extended stay and were happy the owners allowed us to bring our pooch. The condo was as pictured. We were mostly happy with everything in the place. Takes a while to figure out the tv's but we eventually got used to it. Only one drawback if i had to come up with one... this is a 3rd floor unit and there was no balcony. Other than that it is definitely worth what they asked for the rental.

Would not stay here again. Mildew smell was so overpowering in hallways & elevator that it cannot be good for one’s respiratory health. We were shocked by the smell. If I could’ve gotten a refund I would’ve turned right around but no refunds at this property. Close to Disney & lower end cost but that came with an older building. Photos show nice updates but the unit has definitely had its share of renters since it’s redo. Stains on chair, couch, smoke burn on kitchen table (non smoking unit?), towels in same alcove in bathroom as cleaning bucket/mop. Overall not a pleasant experience. I couldn’t wait to checkout. On our third night, we entered the building and were met with dead bugs EVERYWHERE (outside the room where the cleaning personnel were often seen coming and going). On our final night, workmen were doing construction and the elevator was in complete shambles with dry wall dust and mysterious liquid spill. Awoke last morning to no hot water. Overall, the reviews compared to the property we stayed at do not match. The mildew smell ALONE is a reason to not stay here. The smell goes beyond being in a wet climate/Florida-it was that bad.

This was exactly as shown in the pictures. We stayed for two nights. Three adults stayed here with two dogs. It’s more of an apartment like atmosphere outside but inside it’s similar to a hotel suite. Bonus of a small kitchen with fridge, coffee machine and toaster. Towels provided. Very clean. Air conditioner was nice and cool. Great location. Quiet inside. Never really heard anyone around us. Close to restaurants, fast food, convenience stores and we were 15 minutes from Discovery Cove. Our dogs settled in nicely. Plenty of areas for dog walking outside. Everyone was friendly. This unit is on the third floor but there is an elevator. Downstairs door opens right up to a grassy area for pets. Communication with owners was wonderful. Definitely would recommend .

This condo was exactly what me and my fiancé needed for our stay. Mark was very communicative and thorough with check-in instructions and providing all necessary info for our stay. The unit was very clean and the check-in process was a breeze. The Palms Resort community itself was very clean and parking wasn’t an issue either. I will definitely try to book this place for my next trip to Florida.
