The big lagoon was great for the kids. They loved kayaking and paddle boarding. Overall a great hotel. I highly recommend for families.

We stayed hwre for 3 nights and loved our time here. My only complaint and its not major just inconvient was the fact that they never could get our vehicle license plate registered to work correctly where we could enter and leave the premises without having to stop at the gate everytime and explain that we were staying there so they would let us in. Beyond that we loved it here. Villa was super nice and clean and we could watch the Disney fireworks each night from our back porch. The lagoon was awesome amd we spent a lot of time hanging out here swimming and kayaking. The staff were all super friendly and helpful when we had a question. I cant speak on the quality of the food served here. It was way overpriced but I expected it to be so as that is usually the case in places like this. We cooked in our villa or went out off property to eat. It isnt the cheapest place to stay but if you can afford it or find a good deall then definitely check it out. My wife is in love with Evermore now and is dying to go back. She has hit up our family members in a attempt to plan another stay.next year. We will definitely be back eventually.

Rented a Villa at the Evermore with a group of friends. For a brand new resort, the villas seemed overly used. There was an ant infestation in three of the four bedrooms and two of the four bathrooms. The shutter doors were broken in the living room which we alerted maintenance. There were wasp nests outside on our patio and a friend did get stung. They resort did spray as we were checking out. The dryer didn't work which didn't allow us to do laundry. The villa pool was nice and private. Our group with small kids enjoyed all the water activities and the "beach" at the Bay. You can tell they put a lot of effort and resources into it. I wouldn't stay in a villa again as it seemed run down. I'll try the hotel side and see if that's better.

Beautiful property. Our room was great. Clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were helpful and welcoming. The chat and text messaging feature is good. If you sit at the Bay beach with the chairs and umbrellas, apparently only the right side is taken care of by the staff. Many of us on the left were completely forgotten about or not noticed at all that we needed service. We had to go order our food and pick it up ourselves vs the other side of the beach where several people were waiting on the guests and serving their orders. Even upon requests we were pretty much ignored with our flags put up. The restaurant over looking the bay was great. Our waitress and hostess were nice. The food was good and presented lovely. Thank you for a good breakfast/lunch. The staff at the burger place was not so friendly. The woman there seemed to have a lot on her mind and she was not afraid to share her attitude with everyone. When part of our order was not given and we returned for it she rolled her eyes as if it was our fault. The bar was not busy the first day and unfortunately the pool was closed due to the rain. We ordered their famous pineapple drink which was pretty but weak of alcohol. Not worth the price. Ice cream truck is a cute touch and great add. The Bay was amazing. Very beautifully done and so amazing that we could swim and canoe together. The beach setting was great to have! The rooms were priced well except for the high/ overpriced property fee.

The place is incredible. Well built and the family had a blast. We shared a flat and it was plenty of room for everyone 5 adults, 2 kids). Food and dining is on the expensive side and quality is average. Service by the pool was good but slow. Poor guy is running as fast as he can but is totally overrun with orders. Would be wise to allow users to order through the app and just have the staff running it out. Overall, will definitely go back.

Amenities wete new and very enjoyable. Staff were overall very friendly. The reason I can't give this5 stars is that the Villas are older than the rest of the resort. They should make this clear somewhere.

Whats not to like. Beautifully landscaped, well thought out. Had lots of fun. The only thing I'd encourage would be more activities especially for how much it rains. People had nothing to do.

The amenities from the villa pool to the bay pool and fitness center was great. Found it confusing between Evermore and Conrad place. Some parts of resort suggested only for Conrad patrons. We did enjoy the paddle boarding and kayaking for no additional cost. Found the last week of August had so much thunderstorms that the pool closed down too many days and for long periods of time which was unfortunate. The coffee shop is great! Loved my honey lavender latte. The villa was older than the other vacation homes wasnt bad at all but wish I knew that it was the older part of the property. Our AC stopped working so next day had to get someone to fix it. They were quick on site to repair and was up in running in a few hours. Lots of little ants and Geckos so watch out as they did appear several times in our place. Late check out was not allowed unfortunately we had a very late night on Friday at Horror Night Universal Studios but had to pack up and leave by 10 AM ... however was able to stay on resort and relax by pool. Overall was a great resort would consider coming back but perhaps staying in the newer area. Dorothy

I stayed in the Villa— not newly renovated but it was Nice. However needless to say everything I’ve said before is a distraction please understand this resort was absolutely hands-down amazingly spectacular beautiful surreal.. by the way the bartender Mikey was super friendly professional, down to earth, and had a lot of great information… When he spoke about this place you can hear it in his voice how passionate he is about working here. That is such a great sign. BUT wait really quick:: kind of silly but I ordered a coconut water.. and he crack the nut at the top he was pulling the top of the nut back slowly and one of his coworkers came over his arm and plop a slice of orange inside my coconut water.. It was not his mistake just something to laugh at.. (( for my Caribbean folks)) please please please visit this place while on vacation I was already searching for a 4bdr flat for December and I was on day two out of five days being here.
