We were little late to check in due to the fact that the flight was delayed. My reservation was canceled. The person who was at the desk gave us hard time to re-open the reservation. I spoke to Hotel.com customer service and they contacted the hotel management. The hotel management agreed not to charge any fine for not showing up. But unfortunately, I was charged a fine of $95.17, they lied to us. There was cockroaches all over the room. 1 of the bed had a broken stand and thus the bed was tilted. The toilet bowl was dirty. The customer service was very bad. I had to leave the hotel 1 day early…

The floor was filthy. The kitchen was not stocked and nothing was avaliable when requested. The lights didn't work and were not fixed. On the words of another guest, its the first time I have ever had to beg for things that should have been in the room to start with.

Do not stay here worst hotel I have been its dirty and smelled horrible walked in people were complaining but checked in we walk towards elevator which was flooded with dirty water for some reason, garbage bins overflowing everywhere, walk up the stairs to our room open the door to horrible odor, bathroom had mold and a roach in little kitchen went right back down stairs to front desk to leave due conditions, it's really disgusting to be in there the lady agreed said she would cancel and refund us to just follow up with Expedia Call Expedia days later and said hotel has no proof I checked out minutes later and refuse to refund me even with proof I purchased another hotel for the same night through Expedia, since there is no way I would of stayed there. Very disappointed with our experience with Expedia and hotel…

Stay away from this place. The smell is horrible. The beds are lumpy and uncomfortable. It’s scary. The couch was hard and sticky. My son and I slept in the car. Only way this can be an extended stay is if you’re down and out and have no other options except homelessness.

One word, terrible! This specific Extended Stay America is overdue for a complete overhaul. I personally recommend de-badging from the ESA network until it does, (Mostly regarding dilapidating facility issues)

The experience was beyond unacceptable, and I feel compelled to provide detailed feedback on the issues I encountered. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the state of the property. The trash receptacles were overflowing, creating an unsightly and unsanitary environment. Additionally, the elevator was out of order, which made accessing my room difficult, especially with luggage.The stairwell reeked of urine, contributing to an overall sense of neglect and poor hygiene. Once inside the room, I found the cabinet doors were broken and the sofa bed was not only broken but completely unusable. These maintenance issues significantly impacted the comfort and functionality of the room. The parking lot was another major issue. It was filled with trash and appeared to be used as a mechanic's workshop, with numerous broken-down vehicles and random individuals attempting to repair them. This gave the property a chaotic and unsafe atmosphere. Perhaps the most distressing aspect of my stay was the behavior of the staff. They were consistently rude, unprofessional, dismissive, and seemed visibly irritated at the sight of customers. This level of service is completely unacceptable and only served to exacerbate an already negative experience.In all my travels, I have never encountered such a poorly maintained property with such horrendous service. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues promptly to prevent future guests from enduring the same dreadful experience

Upon arrival, the hotel had a bad smell. On the way to our room we saw trash piled up to the ceiling all along the the hallways. Our room had a terrible smell, broken furniture and mold and cockroaches in the bathroom. Nedless to say me and my family did NOT feel safe or confortable in this hotel and left inmediately.

Upon checking in for a late check in after calling, I was cancelled. Front desk receptionist was not understanding of the situation. Room that was given to me last minute was disgustingly dirty and unsanitary. Rug was lifting up and the smell was terrible. I can’t revive a facility like this is still in operation for the public.

The property on the exterior looked normal but once you stepped inside it was a different story. The carpets in the hallways smelled like it wasn’t cleaned in a few years and there was always trash by the only functioning elevator. The rooms were not as advertised (broken drawers, musty AC unit, furniture was beat up, etc).
