The reason we picked the room was because it also came with the kitchen. We got there, and the check-in was 30 minutes behind. Then, there were no pots and pans available for our room. We had to ask the maid and other guests if they had anything extra so that we could cook dinner. I also found a roach, and the bed furniture was falling off the wall as well as the railing in the closet when we went to use it. Lastly, the hallway wreaked of marijuana

First and foremost, main front door was locked when we arrived. Had a lady attend us, she was in a hoody barely showing her face. Rude. Seem like she didnt want to be there. Place was smelly like crab food. Beds uncomfortable. Sofa bed was torn. Bathroom was dirty. They offer breakfast supposedly. That was a lie. Not even breakfast

Huge suite
Upon arriving I gave the guy a $4 tip and ended up getting room 316 which is HUGE and I later learned is a one-of-a kind king's suite for that (3 story) building. Full kitchen, enormous living room and equally large bedroom with a closet large enough for a crib and full tub. A few items were a bit worn but you can't beat the price.

Don’t stay!
Terrible. Many people living there. It was just me and my 12 year old daughter in Orlando and I did not feel safe. People were up all hours of the night and the hallway smelled completely awful. I locked and put a ironing board against the door.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for our trip to universal for 3 nights. First night we got stuck in the Elva going to the second floor. Response time was really slow by staff so we used the stairs for the rest of the visit. 2nd night hotel was evacuated with blaring alarms because someone was burning or frying food stood outside for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours

The room was not clean, stove barley worked it took me 4 hours to cook some spaghetti, tv was so small. Wi-Fi was terrible even tho I paid extra to have good streaming, sofa mattress old and nasty, carpet terribly dirty
