The only problems we had was the ice machine on the refrigerator didn't work, the house could have been cleaned better before our stay, and the heated pool that we paid extra for never got warm or hot. They should supply instructions for Jacuzzi and heated pool. Other then that the house and the resort was amazing

Home is ran down, infested with roaches, and a broken freezer that clicks every hour. Heavily soiled carpets. Damaged furniture. Two broken vacuum cleaners. The cleaning staff told us at 3:45pm they needed two more hours to clean the house. And they did the worst job ever. Stay far away.

Worth it!
Overall, my stay was pleasant and very comfortable. My family loved the house. We used all amenities except Foosball table :( ( the ball was missing but I didn't reach out for a replacement since we already had a full schedule). Communication with the property was quick and easy. He also offered options and solutions for additional items I wanted to rent. I would use them again!

Great home for a group and close to Disney!
This home was very spacious, with plenty of room for the kids to watch a movie upstairs while the adults enjoyed the downstairs, and also for us to eat together as a group. It was approx. 20 min drive to Disney, which allowed us to take full advantage of the opening times. The themed bedrooms were great! The kitchen was spacious and had additional seating for meal times. The home was extremely clean upon arrival, and we had no issues while staying there.

Great Stay Close to the Parks!
Very comfortable stay for 11 adults, 2 children and 1 infant. Rooms are clean, themed, and very comfortable. Multiple master suites made splitting between 3 families a no brainer, everyone felt this was like having 5 star hotel amenities with your own private villa. Neighbors were friendly, and the clubhouse/pool had everything for the little ones!

Re: The vacation stay
I was very dissatisfied of the check in process, after driving 8 hours from Alabama to get to the location at 4pm, the code that was provided to enter the house did not work, I spoke with several people in the front office that could not solve the problem. After waiting 30-40 minutes of being there we found out the reason was the house had not been cleaned therefore we had to leave and drive once again with tired children to get something eat to wait on the house to be cleaned for 3 hours, we was not able to get in the house until 8pm that was a very tired and stressful day to start our vacation.

Great stay
We enjoyed our stay! Happy we ordered pool heat with the cool nights. Home was clean and we had plenty of room for all of us. Our dishwasher wasn’t working (which was not an emergency) but they came out and fixed it immediately! Family enjoyed playing pool and foosball in the garage. Close to the parks. Memories made!
