We rented a car; I drove my older children to Disney and I enjoyed different activities in the nature. Plenty of eatery/shopping options, close to highways and interesting sites. We loved free breakfast and the pool while we’re at the hotel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I didn’t hear noises from other rooms and it was nice. I liked the facility very much. We arrived really late due to flight delays. It was 5 am and the reservation seemed to have cancelled because of it. The front desk was not most sincere about it, and it left a bad taste while we were already exhausted from getting stuck at 2 airports. I went back to the front desk (and called the travel website and resolved the issue) around 11 am to correct the issue but she had the same demeanor and it was extremely upsetting. She actually made me very angry. (Other staff followed up to check in to see how we are doing) This person was the only reason to make our stay somewhat unpleasant as we kept seeing her at the desk; otherwise, other staff were nice and we had a great stay.

Clean property and friendly staff. The room was spacious and up to date as was the bathroom. My only complaint was the pillows, they are the standard hotel feather pillow which leave a lot to be desired. I will stay here again but will bring my own pillow.
