First the highlights: the rooms were spacious , nicely appointed and beautiful! The bathroom was great. The location - in general - was very convenient. Lots of restaurants and shopping options. My flight was cancelled, but it was easy to book another night. The negatives: The location - it was not directly on the road, but behind some buildings, which was weird and strange - as a woman I would not have felt safe walking from the hotel to the road - the area was lonely and empty. The housekeeping staff did not do a great job. For two days in a row my garbage was not taken out. We had an accident in the bed - and the sheets were not changed. The bathroom was not properly cleaned. Water was left on the counter top, the bathtub had scum in it. The staff in general was not very friendly. The lady that assisted with breakfast was nice and one of the persons who manned the front desk, but the other staff - no smiles, little assistance. Several times I rode the elevator with staff and they did not speak.

Always my go to hotel when in Orlando
Love staying here…it’s my go to hotel in Orlando. Close to many activities and all types of foods. Surprised that we had some issues with our stay this time around as they’ve always been on point with the up keeping of the rooms. Our TV wasn’t working, shower faucet was leaking and not enough toiletries. Once communicated with front desk they quickly responded and tried their best to correct.

The property was clean. The area around it was neat. Parking was easy. Centrally located for my needs. Only 1 problem, the sign was hard to see off the main highway.

Left a day early due to the noise from the adjacent interstate (I4)… no point asking for a change of room as the person in front of us had the same problem and couldn’t be moved to another room… had to laugh when the receptionist said “perfect” when told we were leaving early, obviously an automated response 😂 asked originally for a room away from elevators and ended up right next to them…

The hotel and the the hotel stuff was great. There breakfast was great but the hotel it don't have easy access to get in and out of the hotel plus we tried to our Walk at the evening. It's so dark.

Some guy from the street watched us walk in from the parking lot and followed us to the elevator. There was no security measure on the elevator so strangers have full access to any floor of the hotel. Additionally there is only one entrance to the hotel, via the entrance of the Dunkin Donuts towards the street. This made it feel even more unsafe.
