Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Amenities
I’ll start with the positive, this is a very cute, clean hotel in a nice convenient area. Minutes away from the Millenia Mall, Camping World Stadium, Universal Studios, & Downtown area. If you want a quick, clean, convenient stay, this hotel isn’t bad, however there are better options for the same if not better price.
Staff: Staff was unfriendly and borderline rude. No greeting upon check in, just demand for license & CC (seemed like I was interrupting associate’s personal phone call.) I was given my room key, charged a $75 hold, & told breakfast was at 7am. No amenities were explained. Parking & breakfast charges were not communicated at check in. The breakfast attendant tried to make us pay for the included breakfast & charge our room $4 for juice without approval or notice (Husband assumed juice included with breakfast… nope!)
Breakfast: it’s restaurant style with a buffet if you purchased that option with your room. Our room included the buffet but we had to beg for a breakfast voucher (why wasn’t this given at check-in?) the breakfast buffet was subpar and only included bacon, eggs, potatoes, rubbery sausage, cereal, fruit & breads that you must ask them to refill. Drinks include water (that you must also beg the attendant for) coffee, & tea. Any juice is extra $$$. The 2nd day we just went to Peach Valley Cafe for breakfast (highly recommended.)
Room: Only concern was the hot water never got hot, only a little warm, which is odd for a hotel, even at max capacity.
