I found our room to be small and very aged. The carpet was dirty and the fan in the run down bathroom was not powerful enough to extract the steamy air making the room stuffy.

Booked through Expedia- was very disappointed to show up at the hotel and be told that there was an additional $45 resort fee, and $29 for parking. Explains why I thought I was getting a “good deal” through Expedia. Time to delete the app.

That staff need to rewarded for how well they acted and prepared for hurricane Milton. The hotel restaurants were open and staffed. The restaurants never ran out of good food. They had games and movies for everyone. Great job to all staff at the Hilton.
