This hotel is a good example of how they should be, spacious and comfortable room, just a suggestion, they should put drinking water in the rooms or give it to the guest at the hotel reception.

Pro: The staff is wonderful (they really are courteous, attentive, polite, friendly, etc.!). The location is fairly centric, however traffic can be a problem. Rooms were neat and clean! Cons: Breakfast was almost all gone (Sunday), with nearly 20 people still waiting and without anything available. There were still almost 45 mins left during breakfast time. They finally brought eggs\bacon\etc. with just about 10 mins left. Some people left without eating. Those who stayed, had the area closed on time (which I understand, but considering how late some people got their breakfast, it would've been nice to keep the area open a few extra minutes to accommodate those who didn't eat). The elevators are incredibly slow (more than twice as slow as other elevators).

The rooms were clean and the workers at the front desk were very nice. The only thing that I didn’t like was that there was barely any hot water, it took me a long time to try to get it to a good temperature where it wasn’t too cold. I also didn’t like that you had to pay for parking daily.

I’m so hesitant to let everyone know about this gem of a hotel. First, it’s not right on the Blvd, it’s off Universal and the hotel is tucked away. Tons of parking and yes they charge $12 but it’s worth it. The hotel itself is clean with modern furnishings. The room was spacious, we had a living room with a small kitchenette, the fridge was perfect. The bathroom was clean and they have Dove products, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap so less to pack. The staff is amazing! The beds are comfortable and the sheets clean. The A.C worked great!! You are central to food, shopping and anything you want!
