A great place to stay
We were able to drop off our bags early and head over to Universal Studios. The hotel staff was very accommodating and getting us checked in. After a full day at the park, it was nice to come grab our keys and go up to our room. The room was immaculate and comfortable.

Muggy in Orlando
A/C wasn’t working properly; the hallway was cooler and more quiet then our room. Toilet wouldn’t flush everything down on first flush. Only help I got from manager (she was annoyed I called her at 2am) is questions why I didn’t check everything when I checked in (dropped off suitcases and went to the theme park) and “instructions for dummies” how to work a thermostat. Since hotel was fully booked when arrived back from theme park at 2am had to park in sand lot adjacent to hotel with no lighting or security (woman and 2 teenage girls) and no one was at the front desk. Food was mediocre.

The hotel itself is clean and well run. It location is convenient off international drive but some adjacent hotel had really sketchy stuff happening. Also the area immediately surrounding hotel is very ugly.
