It was centrally located to eveything we needed. Very clean and quiet.

Rooms are very old in terms of decor. No celing light, on table lamps with no switches beside bed. Had to make a point of asking for room to be made up every day at reception. Towels were dirty on reception. Lift needed servicing as would only stop on certain floors. I'd avoid this hotel it needs a lot of money spent on it to bring it up to standard and not worth in its current shape.

When booking through a third party website it would have been helpful to be notified about the upcoming fees upon arrival. Paid way more than I wanted to for only being there a couple hours. Agent at front desk was young and was not too helpful.

. great location to WDW if staying offsight.
Great location, entrance into parking lot to check in was confusing though. Room was nice, shower door leaked even when completely closed. We both had puddle on floor after we took our showers. I'm not aware if transportation to Disney parks was offered, but we were only there for one night anyway. I would return to this hotel if I wanted to do an overnight at WDW or longer.

We stayed in a room to view the fireworks and were very happy with the view but if it’s cold outside, the room does stay chilly bc of the sliding doors. We attempted to adjust the heat but the room never warmed up. Found a few hairs on the bathroom floor when we got to our room. Pool area looked great, plenty of towels but didn’t use bc it’s cold. Overall good stay. Would stay again!

Excellent location, we really enjoyed the on-time bus service to and from the Disney parks. Even on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, we were able to get back on time and safely. Hotel front desk and bar staff are super nice as well.

I’ve stayed here many times over the years and found it to be very welcoming and great value for the money. It’s centrally located near Disney Springs, has a shuttle service to the parks, good buffet breakfast, parking, good size very clean rooms, a pool, and some of the nicest hotel staff ever (RJ and Sarina at reception, Paul at parking, Jaime, John and Kelly at the restaurant)! It’s also a Disney partner hotel so you get early admission to a different Disney park every day. True, it doesn’t have a restaurant that serves dinner or a gift shop (there used to be one but they closed it years ago). But you can walk to Disney Springs and if you have a car, there are many other dining choices very close by. Overall an enjoyable stay and I would stay again. My Orlando home away from home.

services were horrible and i gaot one email stating the money and they charge $75 resort fee, and $53 per day for breakfast. i was never inform that this holida dont serve free. I wish i use other website than expedia and when i called customer services no one ever helped.
