Close to Icon park. Staff was nice and helpful. The rooms are in a seperate building from the lobby. Lobby was nice a new and room building was a bit older.

Just seemed like a rowdy neighborhood. Not the property’s fault. They were very kind and dealt with the rowdy people as best they could. It was on my floor. My family just wanted this part of the trip over. Breakfast not included, I would have considered coming back if included.

As a guest with mobility requirements as a wheelchair user, I found the hotel staff, particularly Anabel, to be exceptionally accommodating, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. I liked the pool and housekeeping did a good job. I disliked there was 1 washer and dryer in the whole hotel, luckily alot of guests wasn’t washing at the same time.

Suite probably could've been better if they had a rug for the open area, and it was noisy being next to the 1st floor elevators with people coming in throughout the night. Other than that, room was very clean, good space, comfy bed, good tv, property had a good store, lobby was nice, and the overall experience from start to finish was super convenient. Would def stay again, but would want to request not being next to the 1st floor elevators.
