Not sure how this place is called a resort.
This motel is outdated and really dirty. The inside of the elevator looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Room is not much better. The hot water took 3 minutes to warm up. We will never stay here again.

Overall great family resort for the price
Overall decent hotel. The amenities were decent however some small details were lacking. I would not recommend going after September. The water park with slides and the splash pad do not have heated water and the water that comes out is 70 degrees (way too cold for my 4 year old and me) only the pools are heated and even they are pretty cold so we couldn't really enjoy all of the water park. The hotel does not provide a sponge and dish soap to the rooms that have full kitchens which is normally done at other hotels. Luckily I travel prepared.

I was initially nervous about staying here due to many bad reviews, but the hotel's water park was a huge selling point for us. The waterpark didn’t disappoint and the pool was very clean. Our room was clean, although some things could definitely be replaced, like the rusty towel racks. The room did reek of bleach our entire trip, and since you can't open the windows, we couldn't air out the smell. However, at least we knew everything was clean. Overall, our stay was good.

Absolutely horrible - broken bulb in our room. Was going to charge us for extra pillows and blankets even though they didn’t give us enough for the amount of people we paid for to be in the room! Shower head broken. Black mold or dirt on the ceiling. Would have charged us a cancellation fee and we were extremely tired from Disney to drive home. Toilet ran all night

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly disappointed. The photos online were misleading; the reality was a far cry from what was advertised. The room was dirty, with stains on the walls, sheets and dust accumulating in the corners. Additionally, noise levels were unbearable. I could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms, making it difficult to relax. Overall, my experience did not meet expectations. The cost of this hotel doesn’t match the quality of the experience. But the staff were wonderful.. haha

My room was not ready at check in. The pool/spa closes when families are just getting back from them park activities, and slide very cold did not even use do to that faucet. Elevator need maintenance three that I tried had issues where I felt unsafe and used the stairs

The property was good. You guys just need to upgrade your elevators. I almost fell, tripped over the lifted tile inside of it. Thats truly a safery hazard.
