When we arrived the shuttle to Disney was booked solid for the week. It would be nice if there were more time options or if the shuttle ran every 10 mins., 30 mins. etc.

The hotel is more beautiful and comfortable than I expected. If I go back again soon, this hotel will be my first choice. What I recommend to be fixed is that the breakfast time of the hotel is not suitable for someone who wakes up late and wants to take a shower and eat, which is from 6:00 am to 9:00 am. I would ask if you could extend it to at least 10:00am. The hotel serves breakfast, which I had the chance to eat only one of the five days I stayed.

Greedy much?
Having to pay everyday to park at the hotel you are paying to stay at is ridiculous. There is no security, its not gated, there is no valet, so what exactly are we paying for? Over all it was a pleasant stay. They share a pool with the hotel next door.

The staff from front desk to Shannon at the pool bar were Very friendly and helpful.I had an issue when checking in ,A young lady MEL went far and beyond to make everything right for me.I have nothing bad to say about the staff at all.The hotel was very clean and felt very safe ,the only thing I was not happy with was the comfort of the bed.It was very hard and uncomfortable it felt like sleeping on rocks

Loved everything about the stay. The pool was nice the kids enjoyed the water slide and the grills were a plus for a quick cook after being in the pool. All staff was extremely kind and helpful!
