It is in a great location and is beautifully designed to accommodate a group. When I reported that the internet was not working, management responded very quickly. You do need to pay to have the pool heated even in the summer. There is a screen over the pool which keeps the bugs out, but also prevents it from getting enough sun to make the temperature comfortable. This property could easily be a 5 star with a bit more attention to detail. When I reported the broken ice maker, I was told that the previous renter had also mentioned it. A 5 star property would have left a note saying that it was broken and would have provided a bag of ice and ice trays. Instead we spent time trying to figure out how to make it work before deciding it was broken. In every bedroom the ceiling fan/light is controlled by pull chains. In every bedroom the chains were not long enough to pull without standing on the bed. This would take a half hour to fix. Overall it is a great property and I would stay there again but I could not give it a 5 star rating.

Great Girls Trip!
I had to be in town for business so combine a "girls only" family trip. GReat place and clean. Kids enjoyed the scavenger hunt too! WiFi gave us trouble but property manager got right on it. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the fan in back bedroom (Aladan) is not balanced and made a bad noise when running. Everything was great!
