Upon arrival, we were surrounded by homeless people. Not saying that’s the hotels fault but they have a chain-link fence with a gate surrounding the property when we were pulling in we already thought that was sketchy. Gates were open sketchy people walking around. We get into our room and there is a stain on our bed. We had just been traveling for a long time so we needed to use the restroom and we could not because it was full of toilet paper and it was not working. The room is very dirty very nasty smell. Because it was broken and we did not use the room. I was told that we received a refund which I am now looking and I don’t think we did. We ended up having to get a different hotel. I would say this place, probably just needs to be tore down and a new one built with doors on the inside of the building and not the outside since it is clearly unsafe on the outside. Regret not noticing the reviews, which is some thing I usually do, but I was so tired when booking here.

stained bedding, no drain in the bathtub - just a hole in ground. dirty around bathroom floor. whole place needs new linens and a coat of paint. its a 2 star for sure, not a 3. The nightshift guy at the desk was super nice and friendly. If not for him I would have been pissed off. I chose it because very close to airport and I had a very early flight and just needed to sleep a couple hours. you get what you pay for.

It was dirty, there was so much mold in the curtains. The restroom was not clean, this is the dirtiest hotel I have ever been too. We all got sick from the mold.

Horrible experience at The Laquinta Inn by Wyndham
My stay here at Laquinta Inn by Wyndham was very disappointing throughout my stay November 22-24 2024! If I can leave no stars I would! My room 147 smelled of mold/mildew, sheets and pillows had stains, front door didn't completely shut, tub was filthy, had to go to Walmart and purchase bathroom cleaner and lysol, roaches crawling on the bathroom counter, apparent residue from a roach being killed on the wall and not cleaned in the bathroom, carpet smelled old like it hasn't been shampooed in years, build up dust on walls, headboards and light fixtures especially next to the beds, causing asthma/allergy flare up! Fire safety sprinkler looked rusted and corrosion on them inside bedroom. Paint pealing from the ceiling and walls especially inside of the bathroom next to the tub. Mold inside of tub and rusted drain and faucets and shower handles! No room serviced offered only offered 1 towel and wash cloth by a room service attendant that spoke no English at all! We ended up getting just one wash cloth after being frustrated with the language barrier! I went to the front desk to complain Saturday morning around 11:30am and was offered another room by the front desk manager Leila, went to check that room and it smelled worst than the room I was currently in and smelled like animals and mold! She threatened that I'll be charged 30 dollars if I didn't check out! This was an horrible experience and I will never book again at Laquinta!

The toilet stopped up. And I called the front desk for assistance. I was told when maintenance would arrive. No one showed and the room stink. The electricity went off a couple times on Saturday in the evening. There were sketchy characters around the property. No refrigerator or microwave Continental breakfast is a joke horrible egg, and waffle that’s hot choices is not continental substandard rooms

Mold on walls, broken tub
The folks at the counter were friendly, and happy to store our bags since we showed up early. When we got back to go to our room later, we saw the bathtub was in poor condition, the caulking appeared to be trapping moisture in and was all black, and there were definite signs of mold on the drywall with black dots on the surface. There were several bad repairs made to walls and doors… but the mild and broken tub were the kickers to make a bad review.

Staff was good but bathroom tub disgusting with mold and dirty. Crown moldings full of mold, behind night stands and oversized chair dust bunnies 2 inches thick. Landscaping around premises disgusting. The website is deceiving with posted pictures.

It was ok for the price I suppose, but my bathroom mirror light has no switch and when I asked for someone to come show me where the mistery switch was I was told someone would come and no one ever showed. The corners of the room and under the bed was dusty and dirty, not very appealing or comfortable to stay for four days. Breakfast will fly if you’re not the first one in line . I think I’d rather pay a little more and take my chances elsewhere next time.
