Our stay was pretty good. In our opinion this hotel is perfect for a quick overnight stay. Our family was going on a cruise a decided to stay at this hotel so we could see family in the area. We were only there for one night and was in the hotel just to sleep. The staff were helpful and very friendly. The hotel was affordable and I believe we got what we paid for. If you enjoy walking. There are some stores and restaurants within walking distance. Bout a 25 min walk. I do believe the staff should do a better job at dusting and cleaning the corner areas in the room. We would recommend this hotel to family and friends for a quick stay.

Good location
An impromptu trip to Ponte Vedra. Great location with many shops, restaurants, and services just steps away. I walked to the nail salon nearby for a pedi while hubby watched his football game. Also walked to ABC to get some in room cocktails. Dinner at Nona Blue. Don't make the mistake we did and drive there, just walk. Literally around the corner. We lost our good parking spot at the hotel and they have too few spots there. One unfortunate incident, the fire alarm went off at 5:30am so we had to walk down 4 flights of stairs. Also the firm bed and plastic feel pillows made for a miserable night's sleep. Other than that, a nice little hotel.

What i did not like was the transportation that came to pick us up from the airport. The van was extremely dated and not clean. The back door where the luggage went didn't close all the way. I don't understand why not replace the van. It didn't seem safe at all. I probably will not safe at this hotel again. And the breakfast area is too close to the entrance and front desk.

We stayed here to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. The location is great, but know that you will hear airplanes flying overhead. This is not the issue, however. The issue was the uncleanliness of the room. The sheets were stained, there was a musty odor, I couldn't tell you the last time the dresser was dusted, and the toilet was in bad shape... it looked as though it had been in there for decades. The worst problem was the ants. We woke up to find ants crawling on the bathroom counter and along the wall by the thermostat. I did not inspect further, but was praying none made it into the bed or into the luggage. It pains me to write bad reviews, but I was disgusted with the state of the room. I wouldn't recommend going barefoot, and I couldn't wait to take a shower after leaving.

I reserved at this property because it had shuttle service from the airport. When I arrived at the airport and called the hotel at 10 pm I was told the shuttle was not available and to take an Uber. The hallways were dirty and smelled moldy.....not much better in the room.

This is a motel with outside facing doors to the rooms. The pictures do not show this. As a single female traveler, I don't like to stay in motels for safety concerns. They tried to put me in a ground floor room in the back side of the gotel where it is dark. They don't have an elevator to get to the sexond floor.

It is close to the airport and there is a shuttle bus service but the driver was almost leaving when I was only a couple minutes late. There were only 2 passengers inside and my name was signed in for the 8 am. The key cards (for my room number 415) did not work properly. The wifi was difficult to connect even without the presence of password. I had to ask staff to help me with connection. The shower tap drips constantly. Breakfast was okay.

In my room the toilet was clogged the first time used didn't get resolve until the next morning one maintenance person had to wait until the morning time telephone was out of order me and my wife shouldn't have to wait until someone in the morning to fix the toilet horrible had to go down to the lobby to use the restroom everytime we had to go this was the worst experience for both of us.

Bathroom sink had toothpaste and spit still in it. Shower had mold in the grout and legs of the chair in it. One shower head leaked and dripped all night.
