The first room I was put in smelled of smoke, so I had to ask to change rooms. The room I ended up staying in felt dirty. The shower seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned as there was hair left over. The bed sheets seemed to have been overused and the floors were dirty. Also there was not enough parking one night and a lot of us had to make our own parking spots. Overall would not stay here again.

Not for me.
This hotel is not for me and my family walls are too thin room 318 made noise all night we had to deal with loud talking and banging. Overall, the hotel is clean and spacious front desk associate Vanessa did a wonderful job, but this hotel is just not for me and my family.

The staff were fantastic and the room was nice for a great price. Unfortunately I slept poorly because I could hear people running around and moving/slamming items around me all night (not sure if this was staff or guests), bed sheets and pillow cases were pilling and need to be replaced, and strangely I could not get the outlet by the bed to work when I turned the lights off, so I had to charge my phone far away from me which made me nervous about hearing my alarm.

I certainly did not like that I actually showed up over 3 or 4 hours after the usual check in time and after waiting 20 minutes or so for the unfriendly and unempathetic front desk clerk to finish up chit-chating with other guests I was told my room was not ready. The clerk showed very little to no concern for my inconvenience and I was told to return in 20 minutes. I came back probably an hour or more later and clerk claimed she tried to call me and I did not receive any missed calls nor a voice mail was left even as a courtesy. This clerk would not even make eye contact nor show any empathy during this events, she answered other customers call on speaker and took care of yet someone else ahead of me even as I stood there wanting and not even being acknowledged as someone that was wanting to be attended to. Certainly this was a very poor overall experience and certainly will not be returning to this property and most likely will not be using this hotel chain again.
