La Quinta near Orlando convention center
Very accommodating staff. Perfect room in the perfect spot. Good parking. Lots of things to do and good restaurants. Was there for a series of dog shows. Good dog walking areas.

The property needs updating and attention majorly. The elevators where horrible and not only one working with the amount of people that staying it took us for ever to get to 6th floor. The conditions of the room are super old. The tub was clogged so we took showers with all the old dirty water stuck and not going down. It was unacceptable. The door of the room did not fully close so we would hear everything going on in the hallway. The toilet flushed so loud that we would hear the neighbors flushing. Please do something about fixing and caring for this location since it is located in a prime area near all the activities in International Drive.

There was no one at the front desk waited about 15 min before he came out from “checking” the cámaras.. didn’t even say sorry nothing I was saying hello hello trying to check in at midnight. Elevator didn’t work. I even called the front desk to see if he would come out and nothing. It wasn’t until someone else was trying to check in he came out. Horrible customer service

I highly recommend this for families.
The suite was spacious and clean, with a king-size bed, and we appreciated the free parking. The hotel staff were also very pleasant.

Ready for a makeover
This hotel needs a facelift and for two serviceable elevators. Overall, it was very inexpensive and relatively close to the convention center. The staff was helpful and polite. My bed was less than comfortable and the mattress should be replaced. It’s a mixed bag and if you are on a budget, it’ll do in a pinch.

Lobby furniture absolutely filthy and torn up. Come to find out there is a dog show nearby, so all kinds of dogs in the hotel. Disgusting. Go to my room, and it is filthy. To top it off, dog POOP smeared in the carpet. This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever been in. La Quinta should be appalled at the condition of this hotel.

Elevator was broken. They put me on the 7th floor and didn’t tell me the elevator was broken. Room was gross. Lamps didn’t work. Card didn’t work for the door so back down I had to go and wait 30 min for the only working elevator that the cleaners were waiting at every floor to get on w big carts. Hot tub roped off w yellow tape. Pool was disgusting.
