Very nice and comfortable. However, marijuana, diaper, trash smells in the hall way. 1 elevator worked in building. Jacuzzi did not work in either room and the circuit breaker kept popping so we could not charge devices or watch television in the room at the end of the day.

This was a great stay for our family! It looked a little dated but was very clean! The staff were very friendly and helpful! The pool was a lot of fun and we had 2 toddlers that loved it and the playground. Shopping outlets in walking distance and lots of food choices close by! Definitely would stay here again! Close to the Disney parks!

It was nice and quiet. There was a kids pool with water slide, but I was there to relax so I spent a lot of time at the quiet pool. And it was next door to an outlet mall. And walking distance to grocery stores and other shops.

The hotel had large, roomy suites and comfortable beds. Some of the equipment was old and needed updating. The refrigerator leaked water onto the shelves. The coffee maker switch was broken so you couldn't tell if it was on. The faucets were cheap apartment grade items and several of them leaked water. We still enjoyed our stay, but we expected a little better for our money.

Nice lay out of the room however, there was numerous stains on the rugs and chairs, couch was bought probably during Carter's administration, multiple lights were out, furniture was beat up and basically poor condition. Twice I was solicited for time shares while I was there. Not bad but certainly not great. Would not stay here again.

Propert was decent. Room was a little dirty. Dishwasher wasn’t working/flooded. I let the office know but nothing was done. Dryer took about 3-4 runs before actually drying clothes. It wasn’t stocked with toiletries such as toilet paper, soap etc. beds were comfy but pillows were hard as a rock.

My main reason for staying here was the suites have at least 2 bdrms, the balcony & shuttle bus. The rooms are indeed dated & the furniture is so worn, you can see imprints of past guests. The kitchen wasn't cleaned as it should, especially the utensils. Our room didn't have heat; the lows were in the 40's. No coffee filters but they do have coffee in the lobby beginning at 8am; there is no sign & i wasnt informed of this perk. Believe me, it is a perk when you are not provided with coffee filters. The creamer came out as syrup; another guest thinks it's watered down. The shuttle area does not have a sign; there isca bench by the street. When i stayed shuttle times to WDW had 3 time options: 7:30, 8:30 & 10:35. Return times were 5:20, 7:30 & 8:30. Times were extremely important when you have reservations at the parks. The shuttle does stop at other resorts but it doesn't take long. The bus stops only at Magic Kingdom & Epcot for WDW parks. They do offer shuttles to universal & SeaWorld. From other reviews & me calljng the hotel, i have found this to be the most informatio given for shuttle busses. When i called the hotel, i was told " i don't know the times", "the shuttle doesn't stop at other resorts" & "reservations are made when you check in"--- this last statement is True. The pool was heated but during my stay, the bar was never opened. The website didn't state it would be closed. Elevators run quickly. The Irish pub across the street was FANTASTIC.
