Room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed this property location. The only problem was that there was not enough parking and parking in the small garage area is nearly impossible for large vehicles.

A very old and rundown property. Not many things worked in our condo. Bathroom fan, jacuzzi, sprayer in sink, door to balcony all needed repairs. I would not stay here again. Not worth the money.

It was decent. Needs to be updated. I don’t like that they charge an extra fee for housekeeping and more towels for a five night stay. They charge or we can wash and dry the bedding and towels to avoid the fee. It’s vacation, I don’t want to do laundry. Garbage piled up outside our door on our last night.

The physical space of the unit was wonderful. Nice lay out. Clean facilities: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. The furniture was quite tired and worn out, needing replacement. They were stained, torn, scratched, etc. Couch/pull out bed was lumpy to sit on as a couch. (Popped spring?) Unfortunately, our king size bed had a Queen size duvet and bottom sheets which were too small to fit a king bed - therefore bottom sheet kept popping off the corners. On the plus side - pillows were nice and fluffy. Kids (grown) liked the pool. The utensils and dishes were in good shape, however there were no cereal bowls - just a few serving bowls. This seems odd since I would assume families would like to have cereal, etc. We had to use coffee cups to eat our oatmeal, etc. This hotel was a good location to all the parks at WDW. The free theme park shuttle was a great perk. Free parking was also a bonus.

We felt safe and comfortable at this property during hurricane Milton. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. We were 2 adults and 3 children staying for 13 days. The 3 bedroom unit was well laid out and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. 2 bathrooms and washer dryer were convenient. The only complaints were the bathroom towel bar and toilet paper holders fell off the wall at the slightest touch, the toilet in the master bedtoom barely flushes the bathtub was chipped and peeling and the dryer didnt work. We had to put the clothes through 3, 1hour cycles to get them dry. I have seen other posts about this issue which means that its not being addressed by the prooerty managers. All of the mattresses need to be replaced as they sagged or have springs sticking out. The sheets on the king size bed in the master suite were put on the bed inside out and didnt fit the bed. I informed guest services about this on arrival and nothing was done about it. I spent 13 days with the sheet not on the mattress because of this. The pools were great however the hot tubs are poorly maintained and jets dont work at all in the quiet pool hot tub.

Had several maintenance issues. Light and TV didn’t work in the master bedroom. The fan didn’t work in one of the guest bedrooms. The outlet seat was very wobbly in the guest bathroom. I feel like these are things that should have been addressed before hand.

We had a fantastic stay! We unfortunately had to leave home due to the effects of Hurricane Milton. This was a no brainer. The resort was relaxing and the staff was wonderful. My children had a blast and it was the first time they have smiled in a few weeks with the two hurricanes. They enjoyed kids daiquiris by the pool and playing in the arcade. The room was so spacious and the deck was amazing. So much room for my husband and I to hold our meetings. This was our second stay at this resort and it was great. It is less than a 10minute drive from downtown Disney and they even provide transportation to the parks.i got a voucher to use the spa but i never got to use it because it was closed. Maybe next time. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

A great place to stay. Two heated pools and two hot tubs. Frankie Farrell's has excellent food and service. Free bus transportation to and from Walt Disney World. Great location.

This was a great property for a family for a long stay. The multiple bedrooms and kitchen worked out perfectly! And the washer/dryer in the suite were so helpful!

We Had a Lovely stay. We where here threw Hurricane Milton. Not an issue at all. We had a Firework viewing room that was very much worth the money. The rooms were pretty clean. The furniture is a little dated. The TVs are basic cable not smart tvs. Huge rooms nice beds. Patio furniture is beat up and worn. Kitchen is great. They lack Bowls for cereal. Only one cooking pan and one pot in the kitchen. So bring your own. They have a small grocery store on site very convenient. The pool is smaller than the photos online make it seem to be. Pool was clean pool area was nice. No more than 15 minute drive to all the parks!
