Shortly after we arrived and settled in, we heard what was the front door opening, it was one of the housekeepers who allegedly was assigned to clean the room. Regardless, is your staff not trained to knock on doors before entering ? This one was a big hit for me. The kitchen essentials could be in better shape and cleaner. The toaster was unusable just disgusting. The dryer was leaking rusty water inside itself. Was not usable. Just disgusting. Made me second guess the other appliances I believed I had available. Ceiling fans were extra noisy. The hot tub in the master bedroom would go off on its own in the night and also could be in better condition. The wasted buttons concerned me. Electricity and water does not mix well. I did not bring any of this up to management during my stay but I do hope this gets addressed before someone makes a greater complaint or worse gets hurt. This is our 3rd stay here. The best feature of the room is, the kitchen it comes equipped with everything you'll need. The laundry. A/C. The rooms need updating. Beds are comfy. Living area needs new furniture. Pool area with boat is the best part. Kids absolutely love it. Not deep. But there wasn't enough staff to keep the line moving or opened for the slide.
