As you make your way upstairs, prepare to be captivated by the elegant master suite. The king-size bed beckons you to unwind and indulge in the ultimate comfort. With its own ensuite bathroom, you'll enjoy the convenience and privacy you deserve.

Next a charming bedroom awaits with a full/twin bunk bed. This room shares a convenient jack-and-jill bathroom with the fourth bedroom featuring also a full/twin bunk bed, creating a connected space perfect for families or close friends.

Continuing your exploration, you'll discover two more bedrooms, one adorned with full/twin bunk beds, and the sixth bedroom offers a cozy full-size bed, completing the array of accommodations in this remarkable home.

We enjoyed our stay and found the house clean and represented well by the pictures. The only thing I might change is they program the lock to only work with your code exactly for the hours. We arrived 6 minutes before our official check-in and couldn't unlock the door for those few minutes. Same with check-out. We tried to lock the door a minute or two past official check-out time and it had been deactivated.

We enjoyed our stay. There are just a few things that were not good. The first thing was the ice maker. There was none! The neighbors blarred music until 2am each night and the company said they couldnt do anything about it becuase that wasn't their property. We had to hunt down multiple numbers to get ahold of the front desk area. NOTHING was resolved. They said they get lots of noise complaints and "they would get to it if time." Trash bags were limited as well. There were no bugs at all, which was good. We couldn't find a sweeper to touch up only a broom. The biggest thing was the distance to Orlando. Though 20 minutes on a map, it took us over an hour each direction. It was not expected, so definitely not staying on this side of Davenport again.

Great home with plenty of room!
We rented this home and invited our 2 adult children and their families. The house was even more spacious than pictured and we had the perfect amount of rooms. We appreciated the extra living spaces that made for great play areas. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We really enjoyed the lazy river, pool and water park. Things that could have made the stay more enjoyable would have been more kitchen tools. There were no hot pads, dish clothes and small pans that were not sufficient for more than 2 people. Also, the washer beeped constantly between washes so we unplugged it and the dishwasher arm kept falling off. Ice maker doesn’t produce ice but we bought small cubes and filled the dispenser and that worked fine. None of these things were bothersome enough to warrant a call and I only mention them in case the homeowner is not aware. Thank you for sharing your home so that we could enjoy a fabulous vacation!

Great place for an amazing price!!
We saved so much money staying at this property instead of a Disney hotel. And we all loveddddd it! There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was great, the kitchen is nice and big and the clubhouse area was awesome too. Some mild complaints one of the door handles was broken and the dishwasher didn’t work upon arrival (I neglected to reach out to the company as we were busy the entire week), and the houses are very close together and when people next door are partying you can hear it inside. It didn’t keep anyone up but just know it’s not going to be a private/quiet getaway lol. We also were confused about getting the gate passes because there’s two gates to enter the community and only one has a guard. But I called the company and they were very helpful! And it was like 10pm when I called so I was grateful they were available and so friendly.

Beautiful perfect house very clean
Everything was picture perfect . Furnished beautifully. Only things I didn’t like was I had to pay 30$ to use the grill and no one told us there until we got there . Also had to go out and light it with a lighter . Found out after several phone calls . Was frustrating when ur trying to cook steaks and u can’t because u have to go out and by a lighter . The closet grocery store is Publix and it’s 6 mins away but with all champions gate traffic it’s like 10-15 mins away. Now the villa has a lighter BevauAe I left it for them. My neighbors the first night were very loud and partying but thank god they left the next day. I hate how far the club house is from location of this villa . 10 min drive so we didn’t get to it : but house was 110% perfect : beds were super comfy also: just be careful on the tile floors because they get so slippery when u get in and out the pool! Would stay agian !

My family and I had a great time. Close neighbors made for more friendships to be made on some nights. House was clean and very spacious. The WORST vacation home ever!!!
We decided on this property because of the lovely kitchen and nice sized rooms. We wanted to have thanksgiving and celebrate my sister and sons birthday as well. We traveled from out of town, some from Georgia, New York, Tallahassee, Fort Lauderdale, driving for hours to find that the master downstairs had literal HOLE IN THE CEILING AND WATER DAMAGE TO THE CARPET AND WALLS! That’s just the beginning. It’s thanksgiving we’re all cooks so we mostly shopped in our individual regions and some did prep work at home, we immediately unload are groceries and food and start cooking, it’s Wednesday and we have a long night and morning of cooking for our family. First the fridge started leaking, my sister almost broke her neck slipping in the water from it. Then after about 2 hours we realized that it’s not keeping anything cold or even cool! We reached out to ICH or whoever manages this property and NOTHING! Banana pudding -spoiled, salmon -spoiled - collards spoiled, pies spoiled, leftovers SPOILED, over a thousand dollars lost! We reached out again and the finally say they will give us a fridge and take a day off and give us a late check out of 7-8pm plus credit the pool of $60. We negotiated instead for a fridge, 2 days and the pool credit, and the late check out. She Angie, property manager, said that she cannot authorize the 2 days she will look into it with the owner and save our receipts also to confirm reimbursement. We all agree and try to salvage thanksgiving day. At about 830 pm, a maintenance worker who doesn’t speak English or understand per the maintenance person, brings a deep freezer and fixes the dishwasher for the second time, by the way, they heat the pool and hot tub and it almost near unbearably hot, smh, someone had to back and turn it down on Friday! Anyhow, we get a deep freezer to store leftovers, and eggs and milk and cheese and sandwich meat and juice, the refrigerator is 65 degrees, now it’s a hotbox. Anyone in food service knows that any food that should be refrigerated is supposed to be at or below 40 degrees or its no good. Imagine milk that’s been sitting and salmon and eggs and sandwich meats, in a fridge that unbeknownst to you has heated to 65degrees! We can no longer eat these things don’t forget the sour cream and heavy whipping cream, I could go on! I don’t have enough space to tell everything, just know they did not credit or replace our food and did credit the $60 pool and 1 day and late check out. Worst EVER!!!!
