This is our 3rd time staying here. We did not love this cottage as much as we did the others. Although each room had a bathroom there was not one outside the bedrooms. We had 6 people and there was limited seating & small living room area The master bathroom shower leaked all over the floor Wish we were told there was a hot tub do we could have brought bathing suits We liked that it was less than a 10 minute walk to the Salty Rim and the shuttle to the promenade was very quick & convenient

Hi, as soon as we checked in, we went to our cottage and there was a big bin where garbage was overflowing. It was smelly and there were bugs all over it reception gave us a number to call from our cottage which never worked in the six nights we stayed there Then when you tell them that at reservation, they ignore. Beds were very uncomfortable and the first bedroom downstairs. The AC unit was directly on the head where you lay your bed and it was very noisy. The king size bed on the second floor the side that is next to the bathroom, felt like you will fall off the bed very uncomfortable. Every time I need to notify reception of any concerns I have I would have to drive up there. Internet did not work the first day.

Arrived at the cottage and it seemed like it wasn’t really properly cleaned before our arrival. Sheets were dirty and toilet was a little also. I’m not the type to complain and we arrived exhausted from our flight so we decided to not sleep with the converter on the bed. We expected more but the place provided shelter while we were on our break

The condo was nice. The location is horrible. Just to get to the pool you had to take a shuttle bus. The lobby is a 20 minute walk from the cottages. If you want to eat anywhere, you have to get a Lyft cause they don’t even have a margaritaville on property. The options are chains in the plaza that you have to shuttle to. By the way if you are at a restaurant and you leave after 11pm you have to uber to your room. Really a bad design. Stay in the hotel skip the cottages

The unit was a townhouse style and was beautiful. It also appeared to be very new. The only complaint I had would be in the lower level shower. The water was hot and there was no way of making it cold. It was bearable for me and we were so busy at the resorts, that I never alerted the main office of this, so someone may want to look into that. Otherwise, it couldn't have been much better. Beautiful townhouse and I would absolutely stay here again.

Loved the place prior visits. This time was not as good as before.The cottage was not cleaned before arrival. A lot of things broken in the cottage; lounge chair,sofa cushion and dirty rug, dirty curtains and left over coffee grains and filter in the coffee maker.

From desk personnel doesn’t even look at your face when a situation presents. When checking in the keys didn’t work, front desk didn’t answer phones, had to leave my family out in the cold and come back to the front desk, the room was dirty with towels with blood, my kids were terrified. We had to wait 45 min to get another cottage. Highway noise all night. Management never contacted us and employees do not even look at your face, and get upset easily. Terrible. Terrible.

Cottage was cute however the overall accommodations were sub par. Kitchen wasn’t equipped- we had to buy basic kitchen utensils. The hot tub timer was broken and always running. It had a pull out couch with no additional sheets or bedding. Anytime there was an issue and we called it was a minimum 20 min wait. We were given two rolls of toilet paper for an entire week. Any maid service was at a cost. Cottages are VERY far from the main area and require a call and cost to the shuttle- however they don’t run past 10pm. Overall would not stay here again.

We loved the house. The size was great for two families (3 bedroom elite), as everyone had their own space. The pool/spa wouldn’t heat up and we had to ask repeatedly for someone to come help us. They never came. Luckily a neighbour was able to help us after we gave up waiting for maintenance staff. They are definitely short staffed everywhere. No one would answer when we called for bedding for the pull out, (we had 8 people), and had to eventually walk to the front to request a duvet for the kids after they finally answered and then only brought light sheets. Called and waited for BBQ propane for 24 hours and had to go to the front multiple times to request it. They did compensate us for these issues which was appreciated. The pool area was short staffed too. Waiters running around trying to help people and long lines at the bar. With more staff this place would be 5 stars as the pool area is amazing. I would definitely recommend it and hope the staffing issues get sorted as this has the potential to be a fabulous resort.
