We arrived here for my daughters, 10th birthday and straightaway. The staff were amazing. Kena at the front desk found out it was my daughter‘s birthday and by the time we got to our room, she had put balloons and a card. My daughter was so happy thank you so much. We will definitely be coming back wonderful place.

Room service only came once. Bed had a ton of hair in it. The hair dryer sounded like it was gonna catch fire. Ran out of towels. I expect more from Marriott properties. I didn’t complain because it wouldn’t do any good. I’ll just stay somewhere else next time

From the gate with the attendant, to the front desk and concierge personnel and the maintenance and housekeeper staff, all have been in extremely polite and very respectful and professional mannered. The property itself is unkept and it shows how much pride they take in it. The experience we have gained staying at such an amazing place has made it almost impossible for us to stay at any other place but the Marriott company sites. The location was a prime spot to be able to travel north, south, east and west and be able to find everything you want to do or need to get to with ease. Without a doubt an amazing experience and stay!

Everything was extremely clean and inviting! Easy to navigate complex and plenty of parking. Our building was quiet and enjoyable. Housekeeping did an outstanding job. Guest services responded quickly to one request we had and the item we needed was delivered to our room within 20 minutes. The only downfall was the charge for having our pizza delivered from an onsite restaurant and the inflated prices in the onsite store. We would definitely stay here again!!

I liked how the rooms came prepared with coffee maker, toaster and microwave…very convenient. I liked that you had to swipe your room key to enter property I did not like a few things. I didn’t like that we were put in a renovated building…it seemed to have some cosmetic flaws… On our first night there we stayed in because we were tired from traveling….(myself and teen daughter) we put the security latch on the door and stayed in bed watching tv, another guest was able to open the door…thankfully the security feature was on and she was able to enter the room, when I opened the door she informed me that she was given that room at check in as well…not sure how that is possible. Had we not been there she would’ve been able to enter the room…this turned me off…I went to the front desk and voiced my concerns, they deactivated all keys and gave me new ones. Probably won’t start or recommend this property in the future.
