Disappointing
The rooms look nothing like the pictures provided. They were very dark & dated. There was a strong smell when we first walked in which we assumed was some sort of chemical from cleaning however we realised the smell came from the running water. Fixtures in the bathroom were loose, near enough coming off the wall. Due to the damaged tap the water flow from the shower was minimal. The pool was well kept & appeared good. We wouldn't stay here again & wont be recommending it.

The property has the perfect word in its name. "GRANDE" All of the room amenities, customer service. pool, transportation, activites/recreation, and restaurant options were GRANDE. We did not stay on a villa, but a guest room That was a little smaller, but still GRAND. This resort is highly recommended.
