First Time Visitors.
We picked Melia because of its proximity to Celebration Hospital. Having had not stayed there before and we were very pleasantly surprised by the facility. The rooms, service, and friendliness were excellent. Although we were not able to use all the amenities everything looked great.

This is my second time staying at Melia and won’t be my last. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. To access any part of the hotel you need to be a guest with a card so all doors are locked which makes you feel safe weather you’re there solo or with friends. The food is good, pool is very nice and is close to all theme parks

Stayed here for a week with my dog, toddler and husband. A very dog friendly hotel, our dog was accepted everywhere. A nice dog park which my dog loved. We enjoyed the pool area a lot. Family friendly hotel! The restaurant has good food too! I definitely recommend!

The staff at this hotel are just so-so...so, so awesome that is! Evacuated there during hurricane Militon and all the staff had a ton of extra work to do which they did cheerfully while keeping the gusts continuously updated and doing their best in the toughest of situations. This is one dang good crew!

It was a decent enough propert except some of the ameneties need a major upgrade. Shuttle buses are advertised as free to and from parks but the service they used was old and dirty and came at awkward times so you missed a lot of the park activities. We spent a good amount of time in the pitch black stuck on a fast off ramp to the highway with no working hazard lights as the driver had to try and restart the battery from outside while dodging cars. Wouldnt suggest if you have kids and want reliable service. Breakfasts were nice enough but not a huge amount of choice if you dont like eggs, nice juice and coffee on offer though. My main issue was we had to leave several daysnearly due to the incoming suprise hurricane, we were told explicity when we booked out that the hotel would agree with our booking service to refund us the days left only for them to turn around and change their mind. I dont mind if thats your policy, but dont say one thing and then do another. It made an already crappy end to a holiday even worse having to fight on that after we got back. For these reasons I would not suggest staying, purely just in case something goes wrong they dont seem to have the best services in place. Apart from that, it was an ok place, clean and well located, a short walk to the nearest grocery if you're self catering and with andecent looking pool. Really only spoiled by being messed around at the end and the awful shuttle.

Needs major upgrades. Not that clean. They zip tied the doors shut during a hurricane and refused to undo them hours after the storm was over, saying that's their rule and no one was on property to open the doors.

Room needs some love. Toaster was broken, didn’t get replaced. Drain at the bathroom sink was clogged, called twice until the staff showed up.
