Our stay at Mystic Dunes was great. We were busy in the theme parks, so didn't get a chance to checkout the resort. It was very clean and safe. Lots of good restaurants, pharmacies and a Wal-Mart nearby. The resort is very close to all Disney parks! We will definitely stay here again!

This was our third stay at Mystic Dunes We are always very pleased however not so much this time. We got a renovated room however the AC did not work properly the entire time we were there and the bathroom sink was clogged. Someone came and sorted both issues halfway through our stay but then both issues acted up again. Led to very uncomfortable sleeping at nights. Pn checkout day, my son forgot some jewelry on the counter in the washroom, however we only realized when we were already at the airport. I tried contacting the hotel and no one was able to help me. Upto now no one responded to my messages. Left us very disappointed.

Had to change rooms after unpacking as we were given wrong room that was under renovations. New room was dirty. Floor and bathtub dirty and clothes from previous occupants still in closet on the floor. When we complained they said that they did a “tidy” the day before and that they won’t come and clean the room. We have stayed at Mystic Dunes multiple times and each year the resort as a whole is getting dated and they aren’t keep up the maintenance.

The family planned a Christmas get-together where well could meet from different states. After some searching, we came across Mystic Dunes. We were pleasantly surprised once we arrived. The staff was great and the rooms were very well kept. We enjoyed the pool and the other amenities.
