Although the cottage was not within walking distance of Park Avenue, it was just a short drive away. The adorable cottage was decorated beautifully. Four high maintenance gals were able to get along with only one bathroom! Super cute! able along

A great Winter Park Weekend

My spouse and I really enjoyed the beautiful location of this VRBO rental, which was a close drive to downtown historic Winter Park. Jose and Nuria were very friendly hosts and were accommodating to our needs. The second property that Jose built, which is where we stayed, is really adorable with some nice amenities. There was plenty of space in the kitchen and it served us well in making several meals. The beds were quite comfortable and there were even fake candles in the bathroom that served as nightlights so we could make our way in the middle of the night. The backyard is absolutely beautiful, but due to the outdoor heat we mainly stayed inside. The neighborhood is very safe to walk around too. Jose and Nuria truly thought of everything for guests to have a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much, Jose and Nuria! Kind regards, Jeannie and Siena

Cozy and private retreat in a big city
This little place was great. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easy communication with the host, nice sitting area outside, very clean and inviting and the home has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and easy. Shopping is close by so picking up groceries is a breeze. We highly recommend this gem.

My daughter, granddaughter, and I were in town for Cheer Competitions at Disney, and took a couple of days before the madness began to do some fun things in the area. The Host quickly answered any questions and provided entry codes on the morning of our scheduled arrival. Winter Park is the most delightful place and has kept the charm of a true Boutique Suburb with its quaint cobblestone roads. This wonderful place is two blocks from the main road and a 10-15 minute drive to whatever you want. It was spotless when we arrived and was decorated so nicely. Also, it had all the products needed upon arrival, so we felt we were all set for a wonderful two-night stay. I wouldn't hesitate to rent here again.

Charming unit with everything needed and more for a comfortable stay. Lots of extra attention to aesthetics inside and out has been given by owner. Quiet neighborhood with private yard with fire pit and areas with comfortable seating. It’s a gem!!
