I actually enjoyed staying here! After staying at a nightmare hotel....this hotel was such a breath of fresh air for me and my kids! Super clean, room is super cute, extremely friendly staff!!!!!!!! There breakfast is amazing they have options ranging from waffles, bagels, toast, cereal and muffins! Hot coffee, amazing orange juice and water! The pool area is also beautiful. This is definitely an amazing hotel!!!!

Extreme humidity. The floor was wet the entire stay. The safety box was not working. They left only 3 towels. There was no variety on the breakfast.

Great value for a clean, well located hotel
We were pleasently surprised at how clean and nice this hotel was based on the price we paid. It was also very well located right off of I drive. We could see the volcano at Universal Volcano Bay from the hallway of our 4th floor room. The room was clean and seemed updated. They even had towel animals on our bed when we arrived! Our kids loved that surprise. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is one of my major needs when booking was having breakfast available. I wanted to save some money by not needing to purchase breakfast. Unfortunately we did not find the breakfast to be good for our family on the 1st morning. They only had muffins, bread, 2 dry cereals, waffle makers, some apples, juice, and coffee. No proteins or dairy besides the coffee creamers. This carb loaded option only worked for our kids. For my husband and I we ate elsewhere. On our 2nd day we didn't even bother going to the hotel breakfast we just ate out. Otherwise this was a great stay for our weekend trip and we'd certainly consider the possibility of returning on future visits.

This place was beyond amazing! It's a hidden jewel. I was very pleased with everything. The staff is very friendly, everything is clean. The price is amazing ! They offer free breakfast and it was amazing too. I thank God I ran into this place, after cancelling a previous hotel to then find this one. I will definitely go back again!

I heard couple people complaining of items stolen from the rooms. It smell weird in the hallways and sidewalks. Breakfast wasn’t great also. I will not comeback to this hotel.

It was a great stay for the price it was at. Some things inside the room were broken or not functioning like the cabinet doors and fridge. Other than that the room was nice as well as the pool, the air conditioning and it smelled good too. Room service was pretty good. Breakfast does not offer eggs, sausage, ham, bacon, etc Only offered waffles, toast and cereal. Breakfast could be better with more options but overall it was good.
