Orlando International drive
On late arrival given room 143, bedroom and bathroom like a motel, not a suite but it was damp and moist. Complained in the morning, moved to a nicer room asap and Sylvia housekeeping manager vould not do enough to help make our stay more comfortable. Swimming pool was a good size and clean with filters working, loved it. Close to international drive and the bus service very cheap and accessible to ride all day for only 5 dollars. Breakfast was same as every where in Orlando Staff very helpful and cheerful. Would stop again

The hotel isn’t in a bad area. The rooms are just old. The ac units let off a very bad moisture and smell that makes the floors soaking wet and the blankets were damp as well as the beds.

Room felt very unclean there were dead bugs on one of the beds, as well as stains on the comforter and other appliances. The tv in my room didn’t function and the lighting in the room is very dim. The elevator makes a loud screeching sound anytime someone uses it and the mini fridge in the room makes a loud ticking noise. After leaving for the day I came back to my room and the floor was very wet yet i couldn’t find the reason why. The beds are low quality and the sheets feel scratchy, the bedding is also inconsistent the two queens in my room had different sheets. For the price this hotel can be useful for a very quick trip but I wouldn’t recommend it for anything over 2 nights.

Check in was super smooth , great staff! The only problem is the room! Was full of bugs/roaches didn’t rlly slept as I was afraid a roach will go over me, that was literally roaches on the bed, microwave, floors, wall, everywhere was horrible sorry but I’ll never stay here again. The place looks ok but bug are insane! I feel if you mop the floor or put some bug killers thing on the floor would help a lot. Please work on this it was a horrible feeling.

I felt very off when coming here. Room was clean I guess. The hotel itself is very, not clean. Broken down elevators. They gave me a connecting room for what reason? The place was empty. I'm not the only one who was sketched out by this "hotel."

Check-in was great, the clerk was very nice. He allowed us to check in early. I requested a room on the 1st floor. We were sent to the very back of the hotel, it almost seemed abandoned. The room was ok but dated. The dresser was broken. It was fairly clean except for the fixtures and the top blanket of the bed. The fixtures were rusty which seemed odd. The blankets on the bed had random hairs (not ours). Thankfully we bring our own blankets. The beds were barely the minimum standard of a bed. Very springy and not at all comfortable. On a positive note, the water was hot, the room was cold and close to the parks so it worked out even though I did not get a good nights sleep.

The hotel had a good environment. The staff was friendly. Diana was very kind. I needed to do some shopping after my check out and they were kind enough to guard my luggage for me while I shopped, it’s very hard to run errands with suitcases.
