Oasis clubhouse is simply stunning and world-class. It features a huge resort-style pool with water slides, lazy river, splash park, state-of-the-art fitness center, tiki bar and movie theatre along with a playground and volleyball courts. The luxurious cabanas are air-conditioned and are perfect for spending the entire day at the pool.

First floor:
we have two bedrooms, one master bedroom with king size bed, 55 inch Flat TV, cable with Netflix among other best channels and entertainment. Bathroom, with bath tub, walking shower, and access to the pool of the house.

The second bedroom has a king size bed, Flat TV 55 inch, cable with Netflix among other best channels and entertainment. The bathroom is connected to the bedroom.

upstairs floor:
It has 7 bedrooms.
6 bedrooms have a king size bed, Flat TV 55 inch, cable with Netflix among other best channels and entertainment. 4 bedrooms are connected to the 2 bathrooms., making 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms.
3 bedrooms are sharing 1 bathroom. 1 bedroom has 2 queens beds.

We have two leaving rooms, both have a 65 inch flat TV for you to relax and have a good time.
The dinning table in first floor, have 10 chairs.

In the pool area, there is a cover lanai area with a comfortable sofa, a table with 6 chairs to enjoy the sunny days of Florida! The pool is protected with a child safety fence. the swimming pool and Jacuzzi is completely available for you.

Game room:
At the garage comes with vinyl flooring and you have enough space to have fun with the children and with your family, there are a pool table and a hockey table, also a sofa to relax. The garage door can be opened to have the natural light of the day.

Free Parking:
The house is located on a corner lot, with extra parking, NO extra fee, in the driveway of the house can park 4 cars. Note: if you have more them 5 cars please contact the host.

Great property. Kitchen was week stocked with pans and dishes. Beds were all comfortable. Communication with owner was quick. Plan to rent property again next February.

Good stay with some difficulties
The property was big enough for us to stay in and in good shape for the most part. However, the communication with the owner and management was poor. The property had the digital keypad lock which opened just fine when we entered the property for the first time. However, when we left same day for the occasion, we locked the house as instructed and when we came back at night, the unlock code wouldn’t work at all. We tried multiple times but failed. We had an infant and one kid along with some adults stranded outside for about 20-30 minutes. The owner got in touch with us through the VRBO’s messenger but his/her communication was poor and also couldn’t help much with unlocking the house. He/She didn’t come on the phone for whatever reason. Also the number provided by the owner to contact them in case we need help didn’t work at that time around 11:30 pm. We got in after about 30 mins. They sent the key in the morning just in case that happens again. Also we requested the pool to be heated up a night before for the use next day and they said it will take couple of hours to heat up, but when the person came to turn on the heat in the morning, it didn’t heat up even after 6 hours when we wanted to use that in the afternoon.

YBOA Magic Classic Travel Basketball
Our trip was due to our travel basketball team playing in the YBOA Magic Classic. Our coaching staff and basketball team stayed at the property. It was a great experience, the property owner was wonderful and very helpful/understanding to what we needed. We came back to Waycross GA with the championship trophies!!!! It was nice to have our team under one roof and bond a little as this was our first trip this season. Thank you so much!

We were very pleased with the property in Champions Gate. The property was clean and in reasonable shape for a weekly rental. The property manager was attentive to our requests prior to the stay, and we had no issues during the stay. Good pool and spa. Very nice clubhouse area close by also.

My First Resort/Home Stay in memory of my aunt who died last year
unable to communicate via phone with property manager who did not understand the texted messages beautiful home but: 1. Bed bugs 2. lost frozen foods due to fridge not freezing 3. broken blinds 4. dirty pool 5.street blocked with MULTIPLE cars even on grass...as I was chastised by property manager and ACCUSED of planning to have a party because all of my ADULT guests were potentially driving their own vehicles from their own home and arriving at different times...I had less cars than neighboring people...and I have pictures...the water on the fridge leaked all night...I was told it was fine before I came...had to place a cup under it...It seemed as if everything I said was knocked down so I just said thank you...

Plenty of room for my large family. Everyone had a great time. My only suggestion is to stock the kitchen a little better. You need large pots and pans when cooking for the number of people it holds. Property manager was very responsive! We would stay again!!

Very Nice Place
The place was very nice. The only things we had issues with is the there are no bakeware in the kitchen, we had to buy a new can opener (two there however neither worked). The listing stated that shampoo as well as other items were included however there was nothing there. Other than those few things we would definitely stay here again. There is a security alarm and every time we opened the back door it would beep but the owner sent the code. It is a very beautiful home and was perfect for our family needs. There is a fee to have the pool heated and if you are staying in the fall you will need to pay the fee otherwise it will be too cold to use the pool or jacuzzi.

I couldn't ask for a better house for my family of 16. Leah was the best she was right there for our needs everytime we needed her. I will definitely stay here again. Definitely check out the clubhouse while you are here everyone enjoyed it there when we had down time to relax. Not to mention it was a very safe community for the little ones to go outside an play.

Great place for golf holiday
Beautiful home with many great amenities including nearby shopping. Perfect location and great access via major arterial roads. Owner responded positively & promptly to minor issues and throughout the booking process. The reason for 4 stars only on the online listing accuracy was that it had originally listed a propane bbq available but 10 days before our arrival we were informed that was no longer the case due to a change in policy. We purchased our own charcoal bbq to provide outdoor grilling. I would rent this property again,

Shortcomings
The property was nice. Unfortunately they said there was a problem with the roof. They did not inform me that they were going to lock a main bedroom on the main level. We also complained that the hot tub wasn’t working and was never fixed during our entire stay. Communication is very poor with property manager. Very upsetting and this seems to be an ongoing issue in these homes.
