No se lo recomendaria a nadie sucio , avandonado, las puertas no servia segurobde seguridad , areas verdes feas , picina no esta en funcion y tiene el agua verde, ofrecen desayuno lo cual no es cierto , peste a personas fumando marihuana o cosas parecido , la avitacion tenia 1 mesa vieja y sin sillas , no cambiaron las tohallas ni las sabanas nunca al fin lo deverian cerrar, las fotos que aparecen en travelocity del hotel no corresponden a ese hotel en fin un verdadero basurero

I understand this property is under construction but for years!? First appearance is horrible, my first room had a hole in wall, and tub faucet wouldn’t turn off, it was running when we first open the room door. I had a long stay residence try to tell me I stole their stuff soon as I got there. It was a non pleasing experience. I would never ever ever go here unless some irrational drastic changes happen. Hotel needs to close until they can get it together.

Be aware of this place the photos and reviews had me convinced this was a great spot for me and my kids.. don’t NOT I REPEAT it was nothing like the pictures. there were roaches and who knows what else might have been in the place I was even afraid to eat their complimentary breakfast. I would give this place a zero for scamming people.

Las cortinas estaban manchadas con sangre, las sabanas estaban sucias y olian muy mal, la parte de atras del hotel donde estaba mi cuarto ni siquiera tenia alumbrado. El cuarto entero daba asco, tuve que buscar otro hotel y no hay rembolso.

In my 53 years this is the worst room I have ever stayed in my life. It was disgusting and just in horrible shape. Could not believe any business would actually rent this out to the public. Rooms door looks like the Police have paid forced visits to it on several occasions. We were exhausted and checked in late at night and were leaving early in the morning and just did not have the energy to find another place but I did sleep with my gun right next to me. The pictures were a complete lie for how this place looks currently. Will be complaining to Expedia because I am pretty sure they would not want there names attached to this place.

It was a horrible experience, I have to change 4 times in 3 days 1. Every where people are smoking weed 2. Homi and Junki people are roaming and playing loud music 3. No microwave no fridge 4. Everything is broken , taps were leaking , no water in Shower so need to change the room another room have water leaking issues , next room has no fridge and microwave and the room conditions were pathetic

DO NOT BOOK! REQUESTED REFUND!
Upon check in several were requesting refund. We got to our room and a bed was missing a blanket. Asked for 1 same night 2nights later still no blanket. Only had 2 towels 4 people booked asked for more they replaced the 2 and took the used never got enough for everyone. Also dead roaches in room, cracked ceiling, woke up with swollen eyes, ran out of toilet paper asked front desk and they refused to provide toilet paper. Also breakfast was advertised. You had to ask and theu only gave you a hard granola bar and a cup for juice or coffee.
