Was there for 8 days and had hot water on the last day. Had to take a shower at my mothers house to have hot water. The breakfast buffet is a joke. When you end up paying over $18 for food other hotels have as a regular breakfast. Also, had only one person working the resturant and random people hanging out in the parking lot at night.

Nice last minute booking. Daughter, god son, and their mother came to Disney for the holidays. Basic two queen bed for $100. They do have food options there, close down to 2 areas into the evening. East side of west Kissimmee off 192 near the west gate. Not a 5 star hotel by no means but also not terrible. Staff was nice, food and beverage was a bit pricey but that’s expected in that area at on property eating. The room was clean, outside facing doors which isn’t a preference by no means, but still not really a bad area.

Maybe worth the price…
Cheap stay but the room was also not that good. Broken drawers for clothes and the vanity for sink was broken in half and held together by a piece of scotch tape. I told management to not be charged but they really didn’t care about the damage. There was basically very limited to no hot water, stayed for a week and last day they were replacing the hot water heater but guests wouldn’t have access to hot water for at least 24 hours. Washer and dryers… Dryers were either clogged or certain ones broken. Was a nightmare drying clothes and cost over $25 just to dry a load of clothes. Also had to figure out which dryers would actually work right. Positive, bed was very comfortable. Negatives, a lot of marijuana smoking by workers, the smell was all over the property. Was an argument by workers at night with broken glass in the parking lot. A worker ended up cleaning up the glass but they wanted to party all night. It was cheap, my main compliment but will stay somewhere else next time.

Prompt response and perfect place to lay your head
We checked into our first room and my dad discovered his bed was broken when he sat down and fell off it. I went and let the front desk know immediately and they had no problem switching us quickly to a new room. This is my go to hotel for every Orlando trip so I highly recommend.

Walmart close. 1 elevator was out for 4 out of 8 days. Main door out to open air area, had to go through around lobby furniture and through the entrance to a restaurant to get to the other door. The heat system needs attention.
