Room was very spacious for the price. It was also very clean. The only thing I would say about this resort is the hallway smells like pee. They may need to shampoo the carpets in the hallway so that it can smell better. The room has a little of the smell but not as bad as the hallway.

Yes they were overwhelmed with Hurricane Milton evacuees but to have two employees at the front desk and no system of organizing customers who are waiting is unacceptable. Check in took 3 hours in a line formed and organized by customers with no seating.

Evacuated for hurricane Milton. There was a 2 to 3 hour line to check-in. If your room wasn’t ready you had to get back in line again. If you added days you had to wait in the check in line for hours again, for each additional day. People in line said check-in is always this way - one person doing check-in, each check-in taking 20 minutes. Buildings aren’t marked well and they hand you a map but don’t mark anything because they are too busy. Such a shame. Rooms were nice, clean and quiet but the management aspect was horrible.
