This was my third state in this Hotel, my wife and I arrive to check in there was nobody else checking in there was about five people working in the front desk and when I was standing in the line, waiting for them to call me two of them started asking each other, who was going to help me finally this gentleman pointed the finger two his section where he was standing, I handed him my drivers license and credit card he never looked at me in my face or my wife never said thank you never spoke to me handed me back my credit card and my drivers license gave me the key And turn his face, two my wife and I like if we knew already what we needed to do we have never seen them in the front desk before but even if we have that is not the way to treat customers in a hotel or anywhere Shane such a nice hotel has such people that don’t wanna be there working shame on the hotel
