“The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the heart of International Drive, just 16 minutes from both Disney and Universal, which makes it very convenient, especially for those traveling with kids and planning to visit the parks. However, I did encounter a few issues during my stay. Firstly, the parking lot is quite far from the hotel entrance, which makes it tiring to carry luggage and manage a child at the same time, especially after a long day. There is a shuttle service to the entrance, but it only operates in the morning and isn’t always available, which limits convenience. Another point worth noting is the shower, as the water takes a long time to heat up, which can be inconvenient, especially when you have a child and need a quick bath. Additionally, the rooms lack good sound insulation, so we could hear noise from neighboring rooms, which made it harder to rest at times. Overall, the hotel is a good choice for its location, but families with luggage and children might face some logistical challenges. Just a heads up to set expectations and prepare for these details.”

The hotel lobby and room were clean. The front staff weren't the friendliest. The other staff around the hotel were friendly. The parking situation was really confusing and the front desk staff was not helpful in explaining how the parking worked. I had free parking due to my Expedia status, but the way they do the parking makes it seem like you have to still pay to park. The parking is also expensive and if you self park it's all the way behind the hotel and walk far to the front to check in. The room itself was clean. The hotel doesn't have much within walking distance. There are several restaurants in the lobby but most of them were closed on a Friday late afternoon through the evening.

Clean hotel / resort. In many area this hotel out performs Walt Disney world resorts for friendly staff, cleanliness, and location for non theme park location. Hotel is a very very strong upper 4 star/ lower 5 star resort.

It was convenient to get to the convention center via skybridge. There was a deli/coffee place in the hotel that had reasonable prices. Less than a mile is a CVS and a plaza that has four or five different restaurants so you do not have to get on I4 for food and incidentals. I will stay here again for sure

Nice option for the price. The furniture in the lobby really needs to be replaced or at least reupholstered, it looks dirty and old. Other than that this is a nice place to stay. It’s just huge and the walk from self parking to rooms is substantial.
