We loved every bit of our stay. The one thing I would say I didn’t not like was being told a friend of mine that was just coming to visit for two hours had to pay to park. But other than that the whole atmosphere and mood was top tier. We will deff be staying again when we are in Orlando again.

Rosan Plaza Customer Service is poor. They can’t even put complementary bottles of water in the room to welcome guests . PLEASE TELL THEM TO REFUND THE MONEY TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT WHEN I CHECKED IN. THEY PROMISED 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS. I LEFT SATURDAY, JULY 27th 2024.

We love the Rosen hotels. This one was good. Comfy beds, AC was cold. It was clean. They were building somewhere in the hotel at 8 AM on SAT morning which was annoying.

Great place great value
This was a birthday celebration weekend. Room was nice and clean. A/c worked wonderfully.. nice and cold. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Hotel restaurants and stores had everything needed and then some. Only negative was that the 39 pool bar & grill advertised entertainment for Sunday brunch but there was none.
